They still serve all you can eat French toast on Saturday mornings. Though maybe not the best French toast on the planet, it's a really great deal. The place is always busy, which is a good sign. View menu

The level of incompetence I experienced tonight was astounding. 29 minutes to order and receive two pastries to go. I watched two people fold a box together while one guy walked around like a deer in headlights (the very same who apparently needed help folding the box). I haven’t been to Kneaders in probably a decade and now I remember why. Do better. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the poor quality of food we received from your restaurant. We ordered five meals for adults, which were cut into pieces and placed in small boxes—completely unacceptable. My tuna sandwich contained very little tuna, just a small piece of lettuce, and was all smashed in the tiny box. We will not be returning to this location in the future. View menu

It's quite strange to me that at every Kneaders location in Utah County, their steamer machines always seem to be "broken." I called to check, and several people assured me that it was working. However, when I arrived just two minutes later, they said it was indeed broken. I even called again while in the drive-thru, and they repeated that it was functioning. It's frustrating to feel misled. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I’d normally rate kneaders 4 stars but they have a the speaker in the drive through does not work well you can’t hear well which made the ordering process frustrating and much longer than needed. Hopefully they get that fixed soon. It seems each car in the drive through took a while to get serviced, and when the the cashier ran the gift card she said there wasn’t anything and we pushed back saying we Nm knew there was so she ran it again and it went through, but it would have just got thrown away had we not said anything. Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes to receive my meal, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I was already disappointed that they had run out of items at 6 PM. Additionally, I was interrupted multiple times while trying to place my order, which made the experience frustrating. When I got home, I discovered that my soup was just broth with nothing else in it—far from what I had wanted. To add to my dissatisfaction, the caramel apple I received was not the one I had ordered. I'm really let down by this experience and won’t be returning. I want to emphasize that I was not rude to the staff; I was just genuinely disappointed.
