"We have patronized La Cima for years now. Today must have been an off day for our favorite establishment. The black bean dip was horrible; watered down and just bland! This is a first and major downfall for it is one of our staples when we visit. The appetizer was good, the main entree for me was a total miss. I had the Flautas Maria and it was so over-cooked, the chicken inside had browned. What a major let down this evening. Worst yet, it was prior to their evening rush so there were only a few patrons in the establishment! At least the server was top-notch. Husband got the burrito and it was massive. The size of a newborn baby! I got the cheese enchiladas topped with skirt steak (I forgot the name of it). We also got the jalapeños rellenos and queso. Everything was good and everything packaged good to go.

We have been going to La Cima pretty consistently twice a week for the last 6 months. It has always been super solid and predictable. My daughter loves the quesadillas and my wife loves the nachos and the fajitas. I am partial to the wings believe it or not, some of the best I have ever had and I have eaten wings all over. Well the last two times we have gone the food has been very mediocre at best, cold food, small and soggy wings, overwhelmed staff. We will keep going because we support local but they need someone to step up and provide some solid leadership and QC the food.
