Low rating only in regard to the food. Didn't have a bad experience or anything, this chain just isn't good. Location is cute though. Go somewhere authentic, like Patron down the street.

The red haired female manager is very friendly and made a point to check on how we were doing. I've been to other locations where you are never greeted by a manager at all. Keep up the good work!

Wings were awful and the jalapeño margarita was disgusting, it tastes like straight lime juice in ice with slices of jalapeños, our plan was to order more stuff but if you can't get 2 basic things right, there's no point staying. View menu

Mad Mex offers a wide range of options on its menu, ensuring there's something for everyone. The birria quesadillas were particularly delicious, and I paired them with a well-crafted Don Julio VIP cocktail. The restaurant's decor, featuring artwork and stylish fixtures, added to the enjoyable dining experience.

Decently sized restaurant, it has booths, tables, high tops, and bar seats on 2 levels and on the sidewalk outside. Service was good although we had to wait a while for the server to come back to order the dessert after we finished our main course. Food is what you'd expect at any Mad Mex. We went on a Saturday around 6pm and we got seated immediately and didn't really fill up. Parking could be difficult and we found it a few blocks from it but we didn't mind it.

Never the type to leave negative reviews , but the waitress annd customer service experience I just had was HORRIBLE!! Avoid waitress “ Grace “ by all means !! She barely made eye contact and checked up with order . I understand that we all have our off days but walking by several times without asking if we were ok was disrespectful and off putting . I anticipated a great few happy hour drinks and meal . Menu says 1/2 off drafts and margaritas and wings . These were all items we rushed to buy several Of within the last hour .
