"I used to love Mambo's, but my most recent visit on 9/3/2023 was disappointing. I have tried to contact them privately to make them aware of my experience. The food at Mambo's has always been great, and my family always looks forward to visiting when we are in Houston. However, after this last visit, we are unsure if we will be returning. The Mambo style shrimp is indescribably delicious, especially when paired with the chicken fried rice."

I'm not long at mambo. Not because it wasn't good, but because just never made the time to stop. but I love it! everything is pretty good! the Mambo style garnel is sssoo well better then many other places!

Never ordering here again. I drove to pickup. Got here and there was a car parked in front of me right out front waiting for his order as it has been done before. I called in to have my order brought to me and they said they cannot bring it outside. You literally just brought someone order outside! Horrible customer service!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with amazing service and food. The fried shrimp was the best I've ever had in Houston. I highly recommend visiting, as the atmosphere is perfect for families both indoors and outdoors. The staff is very organized and the wait time is minimal. You won't regret visiting this place.
