"The lo mein was just right—not overly sauced or too plain—and had the perfect texture. My wife ordered the orange chicken, which was outstanding and distinctly different from other places I've tried. It had a genuine bitter-sweet flavor from real orange peel, rather than just tasting like heated orange syrup. The egg rolls were delightful as well; they were cooked to perfection, and the vegetable and pork filling was both fresh and flavorful. Additionally, the young man taking orders was very friendly and helpful for first-timers. Overall, this is an outstanding takeout spot and my new favorite around here without a doubt."

I really enjoy Mr. Wok! The service was great for takeout during lunch. The price per person is around $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a solid 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the fried dishes and the crab rangoons!

Mr. Wok is one of my favorite local places to eat! We usually take our meals to go. The service is fast. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a pick-up because an order wasn't ready. The food is always good! We've had almost everything on their menu at least once! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

It appears that this restaurant may have new owners. It used to be our favorite spot for Chinese food in the area. However, during our last two visits, we noticed a significant decline in both taste and quality. Unfortunately, this change has been for the worse, and we've decided that we can no longer support this restaurant. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner View menu

Food was awesome, especially for the price (two entrees and two appetizers for only $35 unheard of) and the customer service was super friendly and nice. All around great and affordable, will be going back! Parking: It’s connected to a Kroger, parking is no issue Wheelchair accessibility: Dent in sidewalk for wheelchairs, first floor only (no stairs), may need door assistance Service: Take out

The Egg Drop soup is delicious. I appreciated the extra effort that was put into preparing my takeout order, the support placed in the bottom of bag to prevent loss, the extra fortune cookies, which by the way are scarily accurate. It’s been a long time since I ordered out and received more for my money and not less. First time customer will now be a repeat customer. Refreshing to find a restaurant that cares enough to provide great service from the register to the bagging. Thank you for making a sick girl’s day a little brighter.

"Incredible food for an amazing price, beautiful atmosphere! Very generous portions and delicious quality. Unfortunately, my blonde server was terrible. I went here today after work around 3:00. I asked my server if the chicken parm came with onions in it, and that if it does have onion just substitute the sauce with alfredo. She said okay and brought me the original chicken parm. First bite I bit into two massive onion chunks. No problem, she brought out a substitution and I didn't mind the mix-up. I apologized for being inconvenient and told her to take her time as I was in no rush. When she brought the food, she gave me no silverware so I sat there for almost 10 minutes just staring at my plate. No big deal, I didn't mind. But then I went to the bathroom while eating and when I came back she had left a to-go box and the check on my table without so much as asking me if I was still eating or not. I handed her the bill and apologized and said I was actually wanting a slice of cheesecake also, if I could order that. She left and brought me my cheesecake out in a closed to-go box with a bag despite me having not paid the bill yet or asking me if I was finished. It felt like she was trying to shove me out, I just wanted to enjoy a meal for once after work and sit for a moment instead of cooking. It was the worst service I've ever received and made me feel insanely unwelcome here, especially since there was only 1 other table in her section and no people at the door."

"I actually believed these positive reviews, so I decided to try this place. What a mistake. The sign on the door stated they closed at 10, so did the website. I arrived at 9:15 for dinner, the guy at the door looked at me when I walked in and immediately looked at his watch and sighed, then reluctantly sat me at a booth. If you want to close up and go home at 10, maybe post something that states you will quit accepting paying customers for dinner at 9 pm so you can close up shop at 10 and go home? The service was terrible. We tried to be nice and we did respect the fact they were close to closing time. We ordered quickly because we knew they were all trying to rush us out. We should have left right then, but we were still hopeful about the food and reviews. The stuffed jalapeños were awful and tasted like they came out of a frozen box. Their “burrito” was an enchilada, not an actual burrito. It was drenched in a nasty soup like substance and had nothing in it, or with it. They forgot the sides. The taco we ordered, was ordered with cheese and avocado, they neglected to put those on. We asked for to go containers right away because they were continually being adamant about getting us out of there. The fajitas came without the sides and tortillas as well. I had to ask THREE times for tortillas to go with my fajitas. Then brought me 3 small ones with hard edges that tasted like they sat for hours before hand. We asked for two desserts to go, (we asked for cake, all they had to do was put it in a to go container, not bake it for us). They denied us dessert because they wanted to get out of there at 10. At this point, WE were trying to get out of there and escape this horrific experience. I’m not going to fail to mention the place was dirty, so was our booth and I saw bugs crawling on the floor and one on our table which I had to flick off. YUCK. I understand sometimes bugs can get in from outside, but come on, take care of that, don’t leave them in your establishment to run all over the place. The entire staff was rude, the food was terrible, and their so called customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I was hoping this place was going to be great, but I’ll never return to this establishment again after the complete disrespect for paying customers wanting to support our local businesses. I’m going to post this review and tell everyone I know about the awful service, food and complete disrespect for paying customers at this location. If you don’t want to serve customers after a certain time, your best bet would be to let us know your kitchen closes at 9 and you’re open until 10 for customers who are finishing up their dinner, not that your KITCHEN closes at 10 and will reluctantly and disrespectfully serve your paying customers after 9 pm so you can close and go home at 10. I’ve worked and managed restaurants, what you’ve done isn’t sound business practice at all. Customer service is a dying art. It’s not hard to learn and put to use. It’s sad and very disappointing that this situation even happens at all and has become the “norm” in a lot of places these days. Don’t be in a service business if you’re not going to take care of the ones who wanted to support you and help you succeed in your business endeavor."
