"we ordered nachos, the smashed avocado dip, southwest edible rollers, chicken teeth and the stacked quesadillas. the nachos, dips and eierrolles first came out and were so cold that the cheese in the avocado dimmer had this film above and was not warm at all, the nachos were the same as they had been eating out with the eier roles for hours. we had no time and service was slow so we ate what we could. then we had to fly another server so that we could get the other two elements. she went back and fetched her....so they guessed it again cold. my friends and I agree if that was hot/hot, it would have been pretty good, but it wasn't. then we were calculated for additional items and that took 20 minutes to be fixed. we were very polite and understand personal questions, but it was a less than desirable experience."

When we arrived at 6:30 for our reservations, we were surprised to find the door blocked by security who informed us that our reservations had been canceled. We were upset that we were not informed of this beforehand.

I had made a reservation for a party of 5 before a casual and light event. Upon arrival, there were 2 towers and a sign indicating a private event. I was informed that all reservations for the day had been canceled, however, my reservation was never canceled and my group was unable to enter. This was completely unacceptable and a poorly managed business practice. Communication should have been made in advance so we could have made alternative plans.

Despite having a reservation, we waited a long time to be seated at this restaurant. We had plans to attend a show at 7 pm, so we were on a tight schedule (hence the reservation). After finally being seated, we didn't see a server, so I went to the bar to order drinks while my husband stayed at the table to order food. Unfortunately, the bar line was stagnant and our server never came to our table. Ultimately, we decided to leave without placing any orders. The hostess was very kind and tried her best to assist us, but the bar seemed to be understaffed which led to our disappointing experience.
