"After passing by this restaurant several times this summer, I finally decided to step in and explore what it had to offer. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. Our server went above and beyond, offering multiple recommendations, checking in on us frequently, and showing incredible respect throughout our meal. "If I could give zero stars I would but wow first, if you are coming here for lunch, expect to sit there for 40min before receiving your appetizer second, your actual dish will come out about 15 min after that and it’s going to be wrong my friend ordered the salmon and received the short ribs I ordered a rare burger and it come out medium well. Moreover, sodas are $3.75 and they will keep bringing you a refill, without telling you they charge for each soda. Although they did take our meals off the bill, it was still $30 for one app, one side of tator tots, and soda. Honestly, I will never come back here because I was very turned off by this."

"I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night around 5:30, and it wasn't overly busy. Our party of five was seated right away, and the server promptly took our drink orders. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including burgers, seafood, steak, and more. We decided to try the Walleye and Ribeye Steaks. The food took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive, and everything was cooked to perfection. The Walleye was especially delightful, coated in a light breadcrumb crust and enhanced with a touch of butter. The Ribeye was also excellent, cooked medium-rare just as we requested, and bursting with flavor! Overall, we had a wonderful experience at The Loading Zone. The staff was friendly, the service was efficient, and the atmosphere was lively. This is definitely a fantastic spot for a family meal!"
