"Excellent! I’ve tried several dishes, and nothing has disappointed me. Even the spicy options aren’t overwhelmingly hot. I have a low spice tolerance, and I found the heat level in some dishes to be just right. The twice-cooked fish is amazing—I'm not usually a fan of fish, but this has become one of my favorite meals this year. The Dan Dan noodles are also excellent; I’ve had them at three different places, and this restaurant offers the least spicy version (maybe a 2/10 on the heat scale). Plus, there are many more toppings here than at other restaurants, making this dish quite unique. The spicy boiled fish was medium heat—about a 4/10—and very good. The homestyle pork noodles were not spicy at all. While I didn’t love them, I can’t say anything bad; they were just not as exceptional as the others. The Mapo tofu wasn't my favorite; it wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out like some of the other dishes. I’d say it’s about a 5/10 in terms of spice, which was a little too hot for my taste. So far, I’ve only had takeout, and my food is always ready quickly. I also really appreciate the warmth from the staff. I haven’t had extensive conversations with them, but even the cooks who pass by take a moment to express their gratitude, which feels genuine and adds to the overall positive experience."

First timer here and was told to go from a friend. 1000% recommend this place. As most people have mentioned, the Dan Dan noodles and pork dumplings are incredible. Can?t wait to try more food on the menu!

The cabbage was outstanding. I enjoyed everything we ordered (Dan Dan noodles, cabbage, and spicy beef). The service was quick, the food was fresh, and it all tasted incredible. I will definitely return to try more dishes! The menu appears to be both authentic and unique. It was a bit too spicy for my taste, but it was so delicious that I was willing to endure the heat.

The Chong Qing Chicken is probably my single favorite dish in Denver. The people complaining about the tingly sechuan peppercorns and the chicken bones clearly did no research into the dish prior to ordering it. That's literally what the dish is supposed to be. You pick out the chicken pieces with chopsticks, eat around the bone, and then spit the bone out. It's actually a very fun eating experience. Not only that, but the menu literally warns people that the pieces contain bones. LEARN TO READ FOLKS. It's so hard to find actual sechuan peppercorns in sechuan dishes in Denver that it's ridiculous. Same with the Mapo Tofu. Every other place I've tried Mapo Tofu completely omits the sechuan pe...
