"I absolutely adore Two Guys Brewing! The patio space in the back is incredibly cute and cozy, especially when they have live music playing. Their seltzers are simply fantastic, with a vast array of flavors and creations to choose from it's a summer delight! The food here is equally remarkable. The fried Brussels Sprouts are a must try, and the sauce that comes with it is simply divine. The chicken tenders are massive, tender, and juicy, and pairing them with their garlic fries is a heavenly combination. Moreover, the servers are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The place is consistently clean, making it a delightful spot to frequent. Two Guys Brewery has become one of my favorite summer places, and I can't wait to return for more memorable experiences!"

"This restaurant is fantastic! You have the option of using the drive-thru, taking out your order, or dining in. They prepare your order right in front of you, similar to Subway, allowing you to customize it with a variety of toppings, including different meats, fresh vegetables, jalapeños, and their delicious homemade red and green sauces. The staff is friendly, and there are outdoor tables as well as a spacious dining area. Our family loves ordering chips with salsa, tacos, burritos, and plenty of nachos. Thank you Taco Loco Taqueria for a great experience! We will definitely be returning soon."

"Yup. My twitter buddy, @swmichdining, has been RAVING about a place on Division called Taqueria San Jose. So, we used our latest family outing to Grand Rapids to check it out. Unfortunately, he forgot to mention (and, to be fair, I forgot to ask), Taqueria San Jose is, pretty much, a take out only joint (a small handful of tables, but not enough to accommodate my family of 5). So, we were off to find another suitable destination for tacos. Lo and behold, Urbanspoon points us here Tacos El Caporal. Perfect. A sit down/takeout restaurant which, as it turned out, served up some truly outstanding Mexican food. There are the complimentary chips (although, no salsa, only hot sauce) which were decent, although nothing to write home about. But the rest of it was PHENOMENAL. I got a lot of food here, so I'll just take it in order. The al pastor tostada was very good; if I had it to do over again (which I will next time I'm in GR), I'd get the al pastor on the tacos instead of the tostada, but the tostada shell, beans, and related accouterments complimented the very, very good al pastor. Except for the al pastor served at the now closed La Mexicana in Kalamazoo, this was, without question, the best al pastor I've had in Michigan meaty, flavorful, well seasoned and slightly sweet without being buried under an avalanche of pineapple. Really terrific. The tamale was also reasonably good; although the pork needed a little more something. The cornmeal was great. Throw some hot sauce on it and muy bueno. The tacos diablo four shredded beef tacos on homemade, lightly fried corn toritillas were really the star here. Although they too benefited from the addition of a little hot sauce, it's hard to find tacos prepared this way in the midwest, and I was ecstatic to find them here. Next time, I might try it with a little carne asada instead to see how that is, but as is, they were great. All told, this was one of the best Mexican meals we've had in GR and we highly recommend it."

"Fresh, moist, perfectly-seasoned fry fish! And... good vibes too very personable and excited to deliver an awesome experience for their customers!I stumbled upon this place driving by. I'm genuinely impressed by the Grand Rapids Fishery! Big kudos to Cody and Jared!The place is super clean. The staff is so friendly and nice. The fish is fresh and not over battered, greasy, or overly-seasoned, which is hard to come by with fish fry. I had the orange roughy, but excited to come back to try the red shrimp. (Surprised it is on the menu, since its not on most menus Oh, and for someone who hates tartar sauce, I learned to love their homemade tartar sauce.Been around for 40 years... come by to support this GR-based, small business! You'll walk away smiling!"

"Ordered basic fish \u0026 chips and a caesar salad for curbside pick-up. The caesar salad was almost all rinds, cut into bite sized pieces. I have no idea who would want to eat a chunk of lettuce rind. The rest of the salad was very wilted and looked like it’s been stepped on or smashed. Overall, it was inedible \n nI knew something was wrong with my fish upon seeing it. This doesn’t look anything like any typical battered fish I’ve had before (including the photo on their menu and it definitely didn’t taste like it either. The fish was very dry and the ‘batter’ was almost nonexistent and had a texture similar to crispy diner hashbrowns. I couldn’t eat more than two bites. I’m not sure what they use to make their ‘tartar’ sauce, but it tasted like sweetened coleslaw or something. The fries were fine, nothing special, and fairly under seasoned. However, they were at least edible \n nI had very low standards for Red Lobster and they were still somehow too high. Thankfully this was bought with a gift card so no money was wasted on this mostly-inedible meal \n nOh, the biscuits are still yummy, especially when warmed up."
