the service was excellent! her chips and huge, hot and crispy! ask for a side of hot chili is also for her salsa. good with or without.

Like so many places, trying to get workers. The ones there did their best. We loved their chips and salsa. A+ We placed some take out orders and they weren't quite right or I would've given them 5 stars. Excellent margaritas!! Give OTB a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

the first time to eat here, and sad to say that eating was not as good as I was hoping. but the service was wonderful. ashley was helpful, friendly and patient with my 3 disabled children. the hostess was also kind n friendly, I wish I had her name. I got the fish taco for lunch as to-go. Food tasted good, portion size was large, I was well greeted by the staff. The reason I'm taking stars off is because I requested for a corn taco instead of wheat taco, was assured but still was handed a wheat taco. If I happened to have gluten allergy, I would be in trouble with this. Food safety is no joke folks, pay attention!

this was earlier one of my favorites for fajitas and a good margarita, but the last 2 times in 2 months were terrible. the thought after the first time would give him a second chance and was very disappointed again. eat very blande/no taste and how fajitas can have no taste. my daughter has a Fajita salad. bland no taste no avocado as it says. photos on menu and online view much better than in person. will not come back. I'm sorry this place is really down the hill.

Food was good. Service was terrible! Waited 20 minutes for drinks, water only came after the third ask and after our meal arrived. Then waited 10 min for tortillas which were for fajitas. Waitress forgot everything and then even forgot when we asked again. They were not busy and had 3 other servers that seemed to be keeping up just fine. Others were complaining also in our section. 2 stars is because the food was good. I completely understand if someone is having an off night, but it appeared she may not be cut out to be a server. Second experience and I don’t think I will be bothered to come back. Kids apple juice was filled with ice to the top of the cups. Tried to ask the waiter for less ice but the response I got was the apple juice cans don’t fill the cup. I suppose kids prefer to have watery juice. Second thing is food takes over 20 min to arrive at our table. Basically fill up on chips and salsa. Asked for napkins they didn’t come until we had to ask a second time. we received 4 adult menus when we had 2 children and had to ask for kids menus. This is not worth having a third experience like this. Also was asked if we needed anything with our meal….yes how about utensils.

that eating came out as if it had been sitting before it was brought out. the fajitas of my wife came out and were not sizzling. that seemed very strange. the metal plate on which it came was cool enough to touch. my son and I ordered both my favorite meal, ranchiladas. the flesh looked leathery and old. it was hard. the cheese enchiladas did not look much better. the sose had cloged. it was a strange color of brown and was granular in texture. everything was slandered. the waiter came by and asked how everything was. I told him it wasn't so good, and it seemed like sitting there. he came back after 10 or so minutes and let us know that he composed my meals. of 3 pretty bad meals we paid two...

I'm sorry to have to say that this-the most recent-visit to this restaurant was THE ABSOLUTE worst visit I've ever had to this chain. The reason is because the food was terrible. My wife tried to get her meal replaced, however with a certain ingredient left off. The replacement plate was no better than the first. It tasted like pickle juice was poured all over the food. My burrito plate with shredded pork was the driest' prepared you could think of. There was no seasoning on the pork and it seemed as though any any moisture in the meat was dehydrated.
