I love this discra, everyone I told is very nice. But today I found plastic in my Mac and cheese! I gave them a call and the manager was very nice and very helpful about the phone. I'm not crazy about the situation because such things happen unexpectedly, I guess how hard they work to make their customers happy. I'm still going back! View menu

This is a fantastic spot for a quick bite! The lemon drop cookies are absolutely incredible! It has quickly become one of my favorite places. The staff does an excellent job, too! My only minor complaint is that they could be more attentive to wiping down the tables. Still, I've been to many Panera locations, and this one is my favorite!

I had an amazing experience with a catering order! Despite the usual challenges of working in customer service, the staff at Panera truly delivered a five-star performance. I placed an online order for a group of eight just a few hours ahead of time, requesting pickup between 5:30 and 5:45 PM. The order was ready right at 5:40 PM and included all the necessary utensils. It was such a relief to have everything prepared on time, and the hungry volunteers I was with were very pleased as well. A big thank you to the evening staff on Thursday, April 28!

The staff were incredibly polite. Even though they were busy attending to another customer, they acknowledged me and assured me that I would be helped in just a minute. I was really impressed that they didn’t ignore me while finishing with the previous customer, which speaks volumes about their customer service and earns them top marks in my book! When I approached a different counter, the staff quickly attended to me and informed me it would only take a minute. I truly appreciated this level of respect and outstanding service. every time i order breakfast at this panera i have an issue with my order. the first time i ordered a souffle and they just threw it in the paper bag, didn?t put it in a box or wrap it up or anything. the second time i ordered a souffle i get there to pick it up and i?m standing there for 5 minutes waiting for my order and i ask one of the girls if they have it and she tells me they don?t have the souffle so i can just pick something else out or get a refund.. then today i order the sausage egg and cheese sandwich and the cheese was literally like a melted plastic texture and so greasy it was dripping when i took it off the sandwich. the sausage also looked undercooked. super disappointing a...

This is by far my favorite Panera Bread in MN! I love the healthy delicious food they serve. Even better is the service at this particular location. Pauline was so kind and genuine when she came up to me today. She reminded me of my own grandmother. You don?t see many today working like she was either. I felt obligated to leave a nice review. You can tell she takes pride in her job. It was so refreshing to see. If only my own generation worked as hard as she was. Never have I enjoyed a meal more than at this fine establishment. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by smiling workers and a beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite enchanting, and I found myself staying far past my mealtime simply enjoying myself. Initially a line was formed inside, however it went quickly, and upon ordering it was seamless and quick.
