My favorite spot in Richmond to get bubble tea despite being on the hellscape that is Broad Street. Take out orders from Doordash are always on point and staff is always friendly when I pop in.

always gives me gracious portions nice service: can understand the price difference because of covid unfortunately.. but when i do ask for personalizations in person they are super understanding make sure they get it right, just be specific!

I have visited both the VCU and Sterling locations of this restaurant, and I can tell you that they are not all equal. The VCU location is fantastic. The manager/owner and all of the employees are extremely friendly and generous with their portions. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the stingy Sterling location. View menu
