I love the fact that I can make my own bowl and add whatever. This is usually my go to when I need a quick bite to eat

The food at this restaurant is delicious. They offer a variety of drink options and bowl choices. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Good quality food! They didn't give a lot of sauce or crunchies, so I should've asked for more at the line, but otherwise good serving size! Voir le carte

My favorite spot in Richmond to get bubble tea despite being on the hellscape that is Broad Street. Take out orders from Doordash are always on point and staff is always friendly when I pop in.

always gives me gracious portions nice service: can understand the price difference because of covid unfortunately.. but when i do ask for personalizations in person they are super understanding make sure they get it right, just be specific!

I have visited both the VCU and Sterling locations of this restaurant, and I can tell you that they are not all equal. The VCU location is fantastic. The manager/owner and all of the employees are extremely friendly and generous with their portions. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the stingy Sterling location. Voir le carte

Having a hard time understanding why it took you 10 minutes to start my customer?s order. Especially when you made 2 pick up orders before mine when no one was there to pick them up. Oh yeah! Because when I said I was here for GH instead of asking who Iwas here for, you lifted your finger at me and said ?In a minute? ???????????? Thanks for wasting the 10/15 minutes I won?t getback ????????

Just want to shout out this great staff my Uber Eats order was delivered and while walking back to my office my bag broke and the food unfortunately scattered across the sidewalk. I called to say I was ordering again (in case they thought it may be aduplicate order) and told them of my unfortunate circumstance haha. Just received my order with a wonderful note. Thanks formaking my Tuesday a little brighter!
