After informing them thatthe order was taking a long time, they said they forgot to put in the order. Waiting another 15 mins , for a total of 40 minuteswaiting for 4 sandwiches."

Popeyes in Fresno is the best! The menu offers healthy options, and the buttery biscuits are exceptional. I didn't try any of their pastries, but everything else was fantastic.

Still smelling great inside. But a long usually wait and not enough chicken available during peak hours. Otherwise they are pretty much the king of chicken. Never come here unless you life depends on it

I've visited Popeyes three times in the past year, and each experience has left me feeling disappointed. The customer service has been subpar—rude, slow, and ineffective. Honestly, I'd prefer eating gas station corn dogs over what I've encountered at this restaurant.

The chicken at Popeyes is absolutely amazing! When I say it's finger-licking good, I truly mean it. Located at McKinley and First, Alfred makes you want to come back every single day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Their fried chicken is definitely the highlight of the menu, and Alfred is hands down the best cook at Popeyes! View menu

"Second visit to the business. Did not disappoint. My shrimp chow mein was very tasty although I would have preferred more veggies. And the egg rolls were good, a bit over fried. My son enjoyed his steak bowl but being a teenager, it was not enough so he finished up my chow main which did have more noodles than I could have eaten. He also enjoyed his caramel Boba. He gave me a taste of it and it was quite good! Beautiful presentation of the food to go. It is a small place, however a good place to eat!Vegetarian options: Veggie egg rolls were good."

"I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time. I love gyros and shawarmas. I went in and they allowed me to sample their gyro meat because there are a lot of middle eastern places where the gyros are dry and sliced too thick. Theirs was perfect! The garlic sauce is AMAZING. I will warn the get crowded during lunch on weekdays as it’s in a business center. But I will be back. And the salad is delicious "

"??This restaurant isn't what people are saying it to be. It falls short with service. I ordered online and didn't get what I paid for. Ordered 2 butter chickens and 2 garlic naans. Was given two plastic tubs of butter chicken and a foil with the naan in it. Wasn't told that the rice didn't come with the chicken. Who sells butter chicken without a side? It's an additional $5 more on top of the $15 for the butter chicken. Not cool at all. Then I asked the guy to put forks and napkins in the bag. And when I got my order, I got nothing. Bare minimum service to their customers. I don't see this establishment with a bright future if they are trying to cut corners and deceive their customers. Would not recommend at all. If your reading this, I refer you to Standard Sweet and Spices on Dakota. Much better service and you get better quality food. ??"

"I love the variety of menu options. On my first visit the service was horrible. I returned because the shakes are great and this time the service was great. Thinking they got rid of the very rude cashier from my 1st visit, I returned. Ugh! She was back. Name on the receipt of the very rude cashier is Luisa. Dear Owner, if you really want to keep customers coming back Luisa has got to go. I sat (at a dirty table) and watched how she interacted with other customers thinking maybe it was just me. It was not just me. She continued to be rude, yelling,and disrespectful to those who followed."
