My experiences at this location have been a blend of both wonderful and disappointing moments. I really enjoy the food at Red Robin and typically choose to order takeout. Today, my order was ready...

absolutely the worst experience to enjoy my family, and I had to stop. our server was too busy flirting with another waitress to a little bit in time. my daughter's desert lasted 36 minutes to get to the table. there is no excuse that a Burger-Gong dinner lasted over 2 hours. I can't recommend wasting her money here.

We arrived at Red Robin feeling quite hungry and were promptly seated. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. However, our server was engaged in conversation with other guests and never came over to take our order or ask about drinks. He passed by our table several times without acknowledging us. Terrible all the way around.Booth was dirty (as was the whole restaurant). It was sticky and dirt and crayons everywhere. food was wrong and took a very long time. Waited longer for the correction than the meal itself. Ordered burger well done and it was barely a medium. You can tell the beer cheese was microwaved because the middle was still solid and the whole thing was colder than my wife’s salad. Service was also slow. Waited for fries so long everyone else had finished eating. We will not be returning and it was definitely not worth what we paid. Go to mcdonalds if you want a better quality burger. They weren’t busy but honestly there wasn’t a reason there should have this many problems...

Every time I frequent this restaurant, my food is made wrong. And tonight was the icing on the cake of bad experiences. My server was super unpersonable, she seemed to not care at all about my order as I gave it to her, and it showed in the food I received. I never received my appetizer I ordered, and another server said he would put it in, still never got it. My burger was incorrect, and I received the wrong side. I waited for what seemed like ages for a refill on water and fries. Again, was asked by 2 servers about refills. Quite frankly I’m disappointed in myself for even leaving a tip. I usually give five-star reviews or no review at all, but this location was simply unacceptable. Upon entering, we noticed the floors were dirty and littered with food, despite the presence of wet floor signs. We went to the bathrooms to wash our hands, only to find that they felt cleaner beforehand. The sinks were filthy, and the faucets were even worse. The paper towel dispenser was empty, and a roll of towels was left on a counter that was already unsanitary, with dirty fingerprints smudged on the towels. It was truly appalling. We had a great experience here. We recently moved from California and Red Robin is one of our local favorites there and we are happy to say that we found our family Cheers here too. The food I feel is top notch no matter what you order the flavors are phenomenal. Your groundless fragile lemonade (strawberry lemonade) and groundless sides keep you back. The staff here were particularly friendly, our waitress was clearly tired and stressed 6 months pregnant, but was the most personal we have ever experienced, we were really friends. Our daughters wanted to pray for them and their coming bundle of joy and do this at home. Also the rest of the staff was there, the manager helped people in cooper...

Literally awful service. Called ahead to get a table, was seated (hostesses were nice) right away and it wasn't busy at all. We waited...and waited...and waited for our drink orders to be taken or for a server to even acknowledge us. While we were waiting, we watched a family be seated, order and receive their drinks, and then order and receive their food before we got our drink orders taken. After at least 25 minutes, we were greeted by someone who made all three of us feel slightly uncomfortable while they were talking, and they finally took our drink and food orders (obviously at the same time since we didn't know the next time we would see them). I wanted to eat this afternoon. server (they only have one on Monday afternoon) was unfriendly and slow to drink order (non-alcoholic,) eating was missing one of the ingredients (bacon) in the menu, burger was cold until the time when their server brought ketchup and scoring only 4 tables occupied, 2 almost finished with their meal, 2 waiting for food. sent the burger back, still without the missing ingredient, manager came over not wearing red robin logo clothing or name tag. worse attitude than the waitress. I've been in the restaurant for 45 minutes. he said he had new people in the kitchen. I asked for a bill for my soda and the halat I ate. He refused. manager said his name was dalton.... View menu
