"Customer service here is very accommodating. I had problems with the mobile app somehow set my Curbside order at a later time instead of ASAP. Your manager quickly came out to confirm the order and got the food running. I have my food in less than 15 minutes. In addition, I come home and find out that my Smokehouse Brisket Burger had no bride! I called the shop and the manager was thrilled to have made a whole new burger for the problems. Thanks for hard work and keeping everyone happy"

"We decided to try this location last night because we were in the area shopping. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait so we chose to sit at the bar rather than wait. Our server was very friendly. As we were sitting there I noticed there were 5 tables that needed to be cleaned off and no one was doing so. I just assumed they were short handed just every other place you go these days. Then I looked at the hostess station up front and there are 4 girls standing up there doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Then what I assume was another server from the dining room side came over to the bar and started helping the bartender tidy up her area because as he said I have no tables right now . Wait! Why are there 4 girls standing around with tables to be cleared off and there are servers with empty tables but yet there are people waiting to be seated and being told it 's a 45 minute wait. Ok maybe they were short on kitchen staff and the cooks were overwhelmed. I have worked in food services before and know this happens but the place was a mess.So we get our food finally and my fries were cold, not warm at all. My burger was a little bit warmer but not much. I told the server that brought our food and he said he would get me a new order. Well I finally got them after I had already finished my burger and paid for our ticket. They were hot but extremely greasy like they had been thrown in the fryer a second time.My honest opinion of the issue was horrible management. We won 't be going to this Red Robin again!!"

"I went to Red Robin today and the service was excellent! My group was seated in the bar area, which was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed plenty of drinks, our food arrived hot and quickly, and when we needed assistance with the card reader, it was promptly fixed. The staff were very knowledgeable, although there were some issues with the food preparation. The chef made a salad with a small amount of lettuce and my BLTA croissant had too much mayo. However, the Cheese Fondue was delicious and my drink was perfect."

"We used to love Red Robin. Recently the service, cleanliness and quality of food has become so poor. Tonight a friend and I decided to try. To begin there was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during dinner hour. This is really unfair toher and customers as one person shouldn?t have the responsibility of serving that many people at once. So my review is not areflection on her performance. My friend and I ordered completely different burgers. She had the Mad Love and I had CaliforniaChicken. We both added ranch to ours and after a bite said our burgers tasted like blue cheese. We thought maybe the dressingwas wrong, but trying it separately confirmed that was ranch. Then we thought maybe they accidentally used blue cheese insteadof mayonnaise. Neither of us like blue cheese but didn?t think it would be harmful. We ate as much as we could but couldn?tstomach to finish the meal. The waitress was so busy we didn?t want to have to send it back for new burgers. At this point myfriend decided to try just the cheese and realized that is what tasted horrible. I tried mine and it was the same. Both of ourburgers had provolone on them. We had ordered other food to go and when the waitress came back we told her what we had found andshe apologized and said she would speak to a manager. Another long while went by and the manager came to speak to us and askedwhat was wrong. I explained the scenario and he said ?So you got the wrong cheese?? And I said ?No? this cheese is bad!? And hesaid well the cheese comes straight out of the packet and there were no other issues.? He didn?t attempt to smell the meal orcheck the cheese in the kitchen. Then said ?Well what do you want me to do? Do you want me to remove these from your bill or youwant new ones? it?s seems as though you?ve eaten most of it already.? I just said ?no we do not want more food at this point?(we were there well over an hour) so he took the plates and said he would remove them from our bill"

"Within the last 4 to 5 months, we haven't had a burger make it to our table warm but maybe twice! My son and I go to the movies a lot, and he loves to go to R.R before our flick for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck but we have found thateven with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we end up waiting another 20 minutes or more just to be seated. Our burgers takeforever to get to the table, and more often than not they are barely warm, but the fries are hot. We have switched to the CrispyChicken sandwich because it's breaded and arrives at an acceptable eating temp. Also we are finding that from the time we arrivefor our reservation time(delayed), until our meals make it to the table, we must ask for to-go boxes because we have to takehalf, or sometimes all of our meal with us because we didn't have time to eat. Start to not finished 3hrs, delayed reservation,forever wait time on a burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, cold food we may have to take with us.... Is it staffing, onlineorders or both? We hope that they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!!"

"HERE IF ICH KOLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and a children's chicken strip. And a few wings. After a painfully dying waiting period, and notice that a family behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food without dipping sauces. I asked another server for the sauce and waited another 10 minutes until I decided to stand up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was put on the table. When eating a wing, we noticed that the food was warm not heated and so the burger was with a hard boiled egg at the top instead of over easy. Another pair of 2 explains that their food was also cold. It seems to me that the servers tried to satisfy the bigger parties for a bigger tip. Since my table has been neglected several times, run around with servers and ignore my little party. When my second time at Red Robin was a HORRID experience. We will not come back to this LAZY and ever so LACKING Food Establishment."

"The burgers are good, but a little expensive. I usually don't think about a burger and pommes as something worth $12-14, but maybe that's just me. The service was great and I think more restaurants should copy the efficiency of Red Robin. It seems so simple and yet so functional. The person who took our order placed it on their mobile device that they immediately went to the kitchen where they were able to make the process of making our meal. Our food was faster than I would usually experience in some fast food restaurants today. I love the unlimited Pommes and we decided to get another basket for each of us and it was brought to us within a minute to ask him. It was by far the most efficient way I've ever seen a restaurant run, at least here in us. I have seen super efficient low-person restaurants in Japan that even shame Red Robin's efficiency, but it was a breath of fresh air to have such a well-organized business."

"My wife I popped in here for a burger 2 weeks ago, we were super happy with the meal. As with many restaurants, they were shorthanded so we were told that the wait was 30 minutes, (7pm on a weeknight), but we got seated in a nice booth after about 20 minutes of wait time. We noticed many un-bussed tables, which verified to me that they were indeed short staffed. The manager was seen cleaning them off resetting them, God bless her. Our server was bright, cheery, fast. I cant remember her name, (but she looked a lot like Ruth Langmore from Ozark, lol). I had an Arnold Palmer, my wife had water with lemon. She ordered the Blue Cheese Burger medium, I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger. We ordered zucchini sticks, steak fries. The fried foods were good, not great. They didn't taste like they were straight out of the fryer. All I can say about the burgers is that Red Robin knows how to make a great hamburger! My mushroom swiss burger was perfect! sauteed flavorful mushrooms complimented with melted high quality swiss cheese, not some cheap ****. The bun was warm, toasted, soft. Patty was done to a nice pink color, just how I love it. The BC burger was awesome as well. My wife devoured it. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles were fresh crisp. Our service team rocked throughout the whole meal. We found the prices to be reasonable also. We shall return!!"

"We had an amazing time at this restaurant! There were plenty of gluten-free options, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the ordering gadgets on the table, although I should mention that they charge extra for the kids' games, which gets added to your bill without prior notice. It's referred to as an entertainment fee, but it wasn’t a significant amount. I ordered the burnt end burger on a gluten-free bun, and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. The fries were unlimited, as were the kids' mac and cheese and, of course, the drinks. The prices were reasonable, and we truly felt like royalty. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

In the future, I plan to have cash ready for a tip, but this time I forgot my wallet and paid with my phone. "This restaurant is a fantastic family-friendly spot for delicious plant-based vegan pizza. We visited for lunch and ordered three pizzas to share with our three young kids. Since the kids' meal options were limited to pepperoni or cheese, we opted for a pizza topped with red sauce, pineapple, olives, spinach, and Beyond Meat for them to share. They absolutely loved it! "The wait time wasn't too long, and we were seated almost immediately. I ordered the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. They were darker than I had expected. I wasn't particularly fond of the beer cheese dip; it had a strange taste to me, but since I don't drink beer, it might just be an acquired flavor. For my main course, I had the Arctic Cod Fried Fish accompanied by shoestring fries. I really wanted to enjoy this dish because I love fish, but honestly, it was a bit disappointing and bland, so I didn't finish it. For dessert, I tried the broken lemonade cake, which was quite decent. I didn't finish it, but it was enjoyable. The drink in the picture is the Sunset Lemonade, which I didn't order but thought looked nice. There was also a cool display of Lego-like burgers behind us. Overall, the servers were very nice and helpful, but I'm not sure I would return."

"The family stopped in for dinner around 7pm. We were promotly shown to are table. Our waitress was there almost immediately taking out drink and app order. She made sure our drinks were constantly topped off and everything was great. She then took out entree order and was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered up her opinions on various choices. When the order was ready, the waitress and the other suppose staff distributed the meals in short order. They made sure our meals were to our liking, our drinks were full and left is to enjoy our meal. We also had a 22 month old with us, who they were very good with getting the kids meal and drinks before ours so as to keep him happy. In the current climate where restaurants are closing because Noone wants to work, I can say that the staff in this location went above and beyond and provided incredible service and represented the restaurant perfectly."
