I recently had the chance to try this restaurant, which is conveniently located just five minutes from my home. Since it was raining tonight, I opted to order through Uber Eats.

The service was excellent, both in terms of the park and wait. It was quick and hassle-free. I ordered my fries extra crispy, but they ended up being quite greasy. If I had been dining at the restaurant, I would have returned them, but since I was already home, I didn't. View menu

They have done a good job with covid restrictions. Improvements too. This hand held ordering this the wait staff is cool. They were bringing drinks out before we had finished the food order. Everyone was really attentive and kind. Please wear your mask and respect them in turn.

I recently visited this restaurant with my boyfriend, and we both ordered burgers. They were prepared exactly how we wanted and were absolutely delicious. We will definitely return for another meal. The pretzel bites were fantastic as well! A big thank you to the staff at Ted Robin—you’re incredible! We appreciate you being open during these challenging times.

My favorite burgers of theirs is the Banzai burger. I always order it with extra pineapple and no tomato. I have had other menu items also very good, but for some reason this one makes me happy. I love their garlic fries, however sometimes they can go a little to light on the garlic Parmesan. This a great location on the weekend for lunch. I was a server for 10 years so I am pretty forgiving of any employee busting their butt in the hospitality field! It really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. The restaurant as a whole is fantastic, The heavy set woman who is a server and hostess is EXTREMELY RUDE, she made me and my husband feel like we were 2bd class citizens, she continued her conversation for about 3 mins after she clearly saw us walk in, and it wasn't a work related conversation. I still give 5 stars because all of the other employees were great food was great! I can't let one sub par employee ruin the 5 stars everyone else earned.

We chose to visit this location after leaving another one in Oregon due to an excessively long wait. Wanting something closer to home, we decided to try this spot. We sat at the bar and were quickly served by a bartender who was very efficient and remembered our earlier complaint about not receiving our unlimited fries at a different restaurant. She was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was fantastic, and she was outstanding! I will definitely return to this location. By the way, we had a similar waiting experience at the Grand Central Station location for our unlimited fries, so be cautious if you decide to go there!

I recently tried online ordering and pickup for the first time, and it was a breeze! Customizing my burger was simple, and I appreciated being able to get the toppings on the side—no more sad, wilted lettuce and tomatoes by the time I got home. The gluten-free bun and sweet potato fries were both excellent! The manager personally delivered the food to my car, and they were really friendly. In the future, I plan to have cash ready for a tip, but this time I forgot my wallet and paid with my phone. What really sets this experience apart from other burger pickup places is the option to have toppings on the side—it felt like a mini buffet!
