"Came in around 3p and there were literally dirty tables everywhere. Several tables had spilled drinks on the floor and no one seemed bothered to clean anything. The overall appearance of the restaurant was dirty. After we finally got our meal brought to us by kitchen staff, the server never came by to see if everything was OK or if we needed refills. After about 15min, she finally appeared for the table close to us where we had to flag her down In the attempts to get fresh fries as mine were def from the 12 'oclock rush. If our server had multiple tables, id understood but she only had 3. She told us it would be 2.5min per kitchen for a fresh drop . Another 15min went by where we again had to flag her down this time for a to go box and to divide our check so we could leave. She made the comment in regards to oh they never brought the fries? In which I assume she meant the kitchen staff. I told I didn 't want them anymore as I wasn 't trying to wait another 20min for her to pass the job off to someone else again. The service and environment was so bad that when I went to dbl check a price on something from a menu up front, I recommended to someone coming in to go find some place else to eat. I will never come back to this location again. No excuse for laziness or subpar food for what we pay these days in this economy. Makes me wonder what rhe kitchen looks like if the front of house is this bad."

"We used to love Red Robin. Recently the service, cleanliness and quality of food has become so poor. Tonight a friend and I decided to try. To begin there was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during dinner hour. This is really unfair toher and customers as one person shouldn?t have the responsibility of serving that many people at once. So my review is not areflection on her performance. My friend and I ordered completely different burgers. She had the Mad Love and I had CaliforniaChicken. We both added ranch to ours and after a bite said our burgers tasted like blue cheese. We thought maybe the dressingwas wrong, but trying it separately confirmed that was ranch. Then we thought maybe they accidentally used blue cheese insteadof mayonnaise. Neither of us like blue cheese but didn?t think it would be harmful. We ate as much as we could but couldn?tstomach to finish the meal. The waitress was so busy we didn?t want to have to send it back for new burgers. At this point myfriend decided to try just the cheese and realized that is what tasted horrible. I tried mine and it was the same. Both of ourburgers had provolone on them. We had ordered other food to go and when the waitress came back we told her what we had found andshe apologized and said she would speak to a manager. Another long while went by and the manager came to speak to us and askedwhat was wrong. I explained the scenario and he said ?So you got the wrong cheese?? And I said ?No? this cheese is bad!? And hesaid well the cheese comes straight out of the packet and there were no other issues.? He didn?t attempt to smell the meal orcheck the cheese in the kitchen. Then said ?Well what do you want me to do? Do you want me to remove these from your bill or youwant new ones? it?s seems as though you?ve eaten most of it already.? I just said ?no we do not want more food at this point?(we were there well over an hour) so he took the plates and said he would remove them from our bill"

"Hubby and I stopped in here for dinner last night. When we first walked into the restaurant, an employee asked if we were here to pick up food, we told her no, we needed a table for two. She then told us that she is not the host. Um, ok. After waiting a minute or two, another employee walked to the stand to greet us but did not make eye contact. (Yet they have a sign on the front of their podium stand that says, 'be nice to those who showed up for work today, ' . We told her that we needed a table for two. After she gathered the menu and silverware, she took us to our table. It took a while for our waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. (I get it that they were short of staff. When she showed up, she took our drink order first but refused to take our food order and that she would come back to take our food order when she would bring us our drinks. Um, ok. She came back and we gave her our order. Good. Great. Food was brought to our table, it was the usual RR goodness. As we sat there, the waitress came back only ONCE to bring us more napkins. Great. But then she never came back to see if we needed more drinks or anything else. The service was horrible and I get it they may be short on staff. I know that we were in no way rude to the waitress at all. So if you decide to go here, be sure to ask for napkins and refills all at once if/when the waitress comes back to your table to check on you. We wont be back to this RR again."
