"My meal was fantastic! I ordered the guacamole burger as a lettuce wrap, and it was the best decision I could have made. The lettuce was crisp, which really enhanced the flavor of the burger. I also had garlic fries with their incredible campfire sauce, and I enjoyed every bite. I will definitely be ordering this again!"

"It's very close to me, so I used to pickup at least once or twice a week. They usually get the burgers right, but overall they have become inconsistent. I supported this location when the pandemic made supply shortages common, and help was hard to find.Got a turkey avocado croissant on 10/2/22, and the avocado was rock hard. You couldn't even pull off a sandwich? My visits havealready decreased, and home cooking seems better all the time. Even Domino's does more than just apologize, because theyunderstand competition."

"Came in around 3p and there were literally dirty tables everywhere. Several tables had spilled drinks on the floor and no one seemed bothered to clean anything. The overall appearance of the restaurant was dirty. After we finally got our meal brought to us by kitchen staff, the server never came by to see if everything was OK or if we needed refills. After about 15min, she finally appeared for the table close to us where we had to flag her down In the attempts to get fresh fries as mine were def from the 12 'oclock rush. If our server had multiple tables, id understood but she only had 3. She told us it would be 2.5min per kitchen for a fresh drop . Another 15min went by where we again had to flag her down this time for a to go box and to divide our check so we could leave. She made the comment in regards to oh they never brought the fries? In which I assume she meant the kitchen staff. I told I didn 't want them anymore as I wasn 't trying to wait another 20min for her to pass the job off to someone else again. The service and environment was so bad that when I went to dbl check a price on something from a menu up front, I recommended to someone coming in to go find some place else to eat. I will never come back to this location again. No excuse for laziness or subpar food for what we pay these days in this economy. Makes me wonder what rhe kitchen looks like if the front of house is this bad."

"I went to Red Robin today and the service was excellent! My group was seated in the bar area, which was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed plenty of drinks, our food arrived hot and quickly, and when we needed assistance with the card reader, it was promptly fixed. The staff were very knowledgeable, although there were some issues with the food preparation. The chef made a salad with a small amount of lettuce and my BLTA croissant had too much mayo. However, the Cheese Fondue was delicious and my drink was perfect."

"We used to love Red Robin. Recently the service, cleanliness and quality of food has become so poor. Tonight a friend and I decided to try. To begin there was only one waitress serving the entire restaurant during dinner hour. This is really unfair toher and customers as one person shouldn?t have the responsibility of serving that many people at once. So my review is not areflection on her performance. My friend and I ordered completely different burgers. She had the Mad Love and I had CaliforniaChicken. We both added ranch to ours and after a bite said our burgers tasted like blue cheese. We thought maybe the dressingwas wrong, but trying it separately confirmed that was ranch. Then we thought maybe they accidentally used blue cheese insteadof mayonnaise. Neither of us like blue cheese but didn?t think it would be harmful. We ate as much as we could but couldn?tstomach to finish the meal. The waitress was so busy we didn?t want to have to send it back for new burgers. At this point myfriend decided to try just the cheese and realized that is what tasted horrible. I tried mine and it was the same. Both of ourburgers had provolone on them. We had ordered other food to go and when the waitress came back we told her what we had found andshe apologized and said she would speak to a manager. Another long while went by and the manager came to speak to us and askedwhat was wrong. I explained the scenario and he said ?So you got the wrong cheese?? And I said ?No? this cheese is bad!? And hesaid well the cheese comes straight out of the packet and there were no other issues.? He didn?t attempt to smell the meal orcheck the cheese in the kitchen. Then said ?Well what do you want me to do? Do you want me to remove these from your bill or youwant new ones? it?s seems as though you?ve eaten most of it already.? I just said ?no we do not want more food at this point?(we were there well over an hour) so he took the plates and said he would remove them from our bill"

"Within the last 4 to 5 months, we haven't had a burger make it to our table warm but maybe twice! My son and I go to the movies a lot, and he loves to go to R.R before our flick for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck but we have found thateven with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we end up waiting another 20 minutes or more just to be seated. Our burgers takeforever to get to the table, and more often than not they are barely warm, but the fries are hot. We have switched to the CrispyChicken sandwich because it's breaded and arrives at an acceptable eating temp. Also we are finding that from the time we arrivefor our reservation time(delayed), until our meals make it to the table, we must ask for to-go boxes because we have to takehalf, or sometimes all of our meal with us because we didn't have time to eat. Start to not finished 3hrs, delayed reservation,forever wait time on a burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, cold food we may have to take with us.... Is it staffing, onlineorders or both? We hope that they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!!"

"HERE IF ICH KOLD FOOD, BIASED SERVERS, CARELESS SERVERS and LAZINESS all Around for your HARD EARNED cash!!!! Waited over 30 minutes for a burger and a children's chicken strip. And a few wings. After a painfully dying waiting period, and notice that a family behind us got their food as soon as they ordered, we were served our food without dipping sauces. I asked another server for the sauce and waited another 10 minutes until I decided to stand up and ask for some service myself. And even then nothing was put on the table. When eating a wing, we noticed that the food was warm not heated and so the burger was with a hard boiled egg at the top instead of over easy. Another pair of 2 explains that their food was also cold. It seems to me that the servers tried to satisfy the bigger parties for a bigger tip. Since my table has been neglected several times, run around with servers and ignore my little party. When my second time at Red Robin was a HORRID experience. We will not come back to this LAZY and ever so LACKING Food Establishment."

"My wife I popped in here for a burger 2 weeks ago, we were super happy with the meal. As with many restaurants, they were shorthanded so we were told that the wait was 30 minutes, (7pm on a weeknight), but we got seated in a nice booth after about 20 minutes of wait time. We noticed many un-bussed tables, which verified to me that they were indeed short staffed. The manager was seen cleaning them off resetting them, God bless her. Our server was bright, cheery, fast. I cant remember her name, (but she looked a lot like Ruth Langmore from Ozark, lol). I had an Arnold Palmer, my wife had water with lemon. She ordered the Blue Cheese Burger medium, I had the Swiss Mushroom Burger. We ordered zucchini sticks, steak fries. The fried foods were good, not great. They didn't taste like they were straight out of the fryer. All I can say about the burgers is that Red Robin knows how to make a great hamburger! My mushroom swiss burger was perfect! sauteed flavorful mushrooms complimented with melted high quality swiss cheese, not some cheap ****. The bun was warm, toasted, soft. Patty was done to a nice pink color, just how I love it. The BC burger was awesome as well. My wife devoured it. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles were fresh crisp. Our service team rocked throughout the whole meal. We found the prices to be reasonable also. We shall return!!"

"We had an amazing time at this restaurant! There were plenty of gluten-free options, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the ordering gadgets on the table, although I should mention that they charge extra for the kids' games, which gets added to your bill without prior notice. It's referred to as an entertainment fee, but it wasn’t a significant amount. I ordered the burnt end burger on a gluten-free bun, and it was probably the best burger I've ever had. The fries were unlimited, as were the kids' mac and cheese and, of course, the drinks. The prices were reasonable, and we truly felt like royalty. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

"I recently tried online ordering and pickup for the first time, and it was a breeze! Customizing my burger was simple, and I appreciated being able to get the toppings on the side—no more sad, wilted lettuce and tomatoes by the time I got home. The gluten-free bun and sweet potato fries were both excellent! The manager personally delivered the food to my car, and they were really friendly. In the future, I plan to have cash ready for a tip, but this time I forgot my wallet and paid with my phone. What really sets this experience apart from other burger pickup places is the option to have toppings on the side—it felt like a mini buffet! (Yes, I borrowed this from my Yelp review, and I assure you, I'm a real person—very satisfied and very full!)"

"This restaurant is a fantastic family-friendly spot for delicious plant-based vegan pizza. We visited for lunch and ordered three pizzas to share with our three young kids. Since the kids' meal options were limited to pepperoni or cheese, we opted for a pizza topped with red sauce, pineapple, olives, spinach, and Beyond Meat for them to share. They absolutely loved it! My husband and I chose pizzas with BBQ sauce loaded with various vegetables and fruits, and we decided to try the Beyond Sausage. We both enjoyed the sausage a lot. The traditional crust was incredibly tasty, and we would definitely order it again. The service was also quick and efficient."

"Virtually non-existent service here. Wait staff were friendly when seating and taking our order, but completely disappeared after food was brought out. Never checked on us or offered refills despite clearly empty cups. Never even ventured into thesection we were seated in so that we could flag them down. Bottomless fries apparently have a bottom when nobody comes out togive refills and when the initial order only consists of less than 10 fries. Food was relatively good. Onion rings were freshand crisp. Ordered a burger with extra lettuce, but there was hardly any lettuce on it, but couldn 't complain because there wasno wait staff to complain to. Needed cutlery and extra napkins, but again... No wait staff to ask for such basic things. Wewanted to order desserts but nobody came around to take our order. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I likeRed Robin food in general, but I 'll probably skip this location in the future if I ever decide to give RR another chance."

"Total 7.5/10 Service 7/10 When we first came, the hostess and waiters did not really seem to know what was going on. The waiting staff seemed to be new, so it's good. The servers were asked to take our commands, even though they fought with the tablet-like device they used. They were very friendly and personal if not professional. Food 5/10 When our drinks arrived, some milk shakes were already melted by hot glasses where they were served. My burger was great, but one of our parties had an obviously burned burger. The edges were darkened to impossibility. We are not the way to complain because almost every one of us has worked in industry, but the chefs should know better than to serve. Cleanliness 10/10 The whole place was incredibly clean, and I saw staff bus tables as soon as the customers had gone. The bathrooms were as close to spotless as could be expected from a busy fast-call dining area."

"Hubby and I stopped in here for dinner last night. When we first walked into the restaurant, an employee asked if we were here to pick up food, we told her no, we needed a table for two. She then told us that she is not the host. Um, ok. After waiting a minute or two, another employee walked to the stand to greet us but did not make eye contact. (Yet they have a sign on the front of their podium stand that says, 'be nice to those who showed up for work today, ' . We told her that we needed a table for two. After she gathered the menu and silverware, she took us to our table. It took a while for our waitress to come to our table to take our drink order. (I get it that they were short of staff. When she showed up, she took our drink order first but refused to take our food order and that she would come back to take our food order when she would bring us our drinks. Um, ok. She came back and we gave her our order. Good. Great. Food was brought to our table, it was the usual RR goodness. As we sat there, the waitress came back only ONCE to bring us more napkins. Great. But then she never came back to see if we needed more drinks or anything else. The service was horrible and I get it they may be short on staff. I know that we were in no way rude to the waitress at all. So if you decide to go here, be sure to ask for napkins and refills all at once if/when the waitress comes back to your table to check on you. We wont be back to this RR again."

She essentially handled everything and even managed to resolve the issue with my order when the kitchen made a mistake. Abigail was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to make things right. "I wanted to eat this afternoon. server (they only have one on Monday afternoon) was unfriendly and slow to drink order (non-alcoholic,) eating was missing one of the ingredients (bacon) in the menu, burger was cold until the time when their server brought ketchup and scoring only 4 tables occupied, 2 almost finished with their meal, 2 waiting for food. sent the burger back, still without the missing ingredient, manager came over not wearing red robin logo clothing or name tag. worse attitude than the waitress. I've been in the restaurant for 45 minutes. he said he had new people in the kitchen. I asked for a bill for my soda and the halat I ate. He refused. manager said his name was dalton. idid doesn't want to wait for a 3rd order to come out as I had a date to go. he covered the cost for my meal, but considering that I had only eaten the by-alat and had a soda very disappointed. maybe the worst experience I had in a restaurant. I will probably avoid any red robin after this experience."
