"I brought these concerns to the waitress at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews, and she promised to take the burgers back and bring fresh ones. However, when I glanced into the kitchen and saw some of the staff, I felt uneasy about returning the food—I didn’t want anyone mishandling my meal after sending it back. On top of that, she never brought us new fries until I specifically asked for them. I have to say, I won’t be returning to this Red Robin location. Usually, I’ve had great experiences here, as it’s my go-to spot for a quality gourmet burger from their menu. But this time, the service and food were far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others. Management clearly needs to step up and monitor the food quality more closely. Not once did I see a manager checking on the guests or the dishes being served. The food was a total waste—burnt, dry burgers that were disappointing to say the least. Improvements are definitely necessary!"

The atmosphere was fantastic, and as a loyalty member, I got a free birthday burger. The food tasted amazing, and I loved the unlimited root beer. Definitely a great experience!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Terrible service, if you go here you’ll be waiting for an hour just to get served the wrong food, and cold food. Server even admitted when bringing us our food that the side dishes are completely cold, but he will bring us new, hot side dishes, that was a lie. Also got the wrong sides but they still charged us for the premium sides we asked for, so literally charging us for food we never got lol. Absurdly ghetto place, don’t waste your time here.

Terrible experience. The bottomless fries never arrived even after waiting for 10 minutes. To make matters worse, the restaurant was almost empty, so there was no excuse for the delay. My wife and I had only eaten half of our burger, and by the time we were done waiting, it had gone cold. We decided to cancel the fries and leave. The burger itself was flavorless and lacked any of the special charbroiled taste. Additionally, while my wife was on her way to the restroom, she overheard loud cursing coming from the kitchen, indicating that the manager has no control over the staff.
