"I absolutely love Billy B's! It's a must stop whenever we visit Groesbeck on a Saturday afternoon. No matter what we order off the menu, we always opt for a trip to the salad bar. The salad bar isn't very big, nor does it have a huge selection of add-ons, but the croutons are to die for. They are made in house daily. I could literally fill the bowl with croutons then spread some Ranch dressing over them and be happy. As for the rest of the menu, everything that I've had was good, and the service is great! This is a sale barn with a Cafe in it, it is exactly what you'd expect from that. Good country food, friendly service, fast to get your food out, fast with drink refills. Just a nice country atmosphere. No need to dress up. Stopped here on our way through town, upon recommendation from a friend. Glad we did! The waiter, Alan, was super friendly. We had good chicken fried steak, good fish, good hush puppies, good onion rings! The restaurant was spotless and homey feeling. A lot of locals eat here. Great place!
