Every time I visit Sbarro, I notice flies crawling all over the pizza, and the staff are nowhere to be seen. When you finally find an employee, they are slow and appear indifferent to the situation.

I've had New York pizza in New York, so I find it a bit hard to believe that this place can claim to provide the most authentic experience outside of the city. That said, the 4-Cheese White pizza is hands down the best flavor I've ever tried!

The pizza was pretty good overall, though it seemed like it didn’t have any sauce. It took an hour for the order to arrive, even though I only live five minutes from the store. I’ll give it another try to see if it was just an off night for the staff. View menu

The food has been outstanding, and I have no complaints so far. However, I believe the staff should wear hairnets, beard guards, and gloves to improve hygiene. If they make those adjustments, it would be fantastic. The customer service is also commendable. Thank you!

The pizza here is good, but we often experience problems with it not being cut all the way through, which leads to the cheese sliding off. The biggest issue I've noticed, which others have mentioned too, is the presence of flies. It's very unappealing to see them buzzing around the food. While I understand that keeping flies away can be challenging, surely there are steps that can be taken to minimize their presence. I even attempted to take a picture of flies on the pizza. Given the frequency of complaints, I would think Sbarro would take action to address this problem rather than just asking customers to fill out comment cards. I am truly disappointed and saddened by my experience at Sbarro. After eagerly waiting for its return, my visits have not gone well. During my first visit, I noticed flies buzzing around the pizza slices, and there was no one available to take my order for a whole pie. My second visit was just as troubling, with flies on the slices and no staff in sight to assist me. Fortunately, on my third visit, there were no flies, and I was finally able to order an entire pie! I specifically asked for EXTRA SAUCE, as it often tends to be a bit lacking.
