"Since I live here in Pollock Pines, the food places are very limited. We have a very small town full of great people but at this particular Subway there is a young lady that’s so rude. I went it one time to ask to buy a salad and asked her if I could buy just a plain 6 inch roll to go with it. She tells me that if I want the roll with no toppings (basically if I don’t want it as a sandwich) she would charge me $8 for it. WHAT? So I’m like: “are you seriously?” And she gives me a mean look, says yes and I bought nothing from them and I will NEVER go there again and I highly recommend that nobody else goes there either. Take a minute or two and go across the street to Safeway and order their deli sandwich or a nice salad from them. They also have fresh baked rolls. No matter how good the food is at a restaurant, rude service will keep me from going back. BTW the gal at Subway had blond hair, just so everyone know s who she."

First off they added a manitory tip at the end without asking or giving me the option to opt out and with such little portions as well as some of the meat he put in my wrap fell out while he was making it and just he continued without adding the loss amount.

The staff here are incredibly professional and welcoming! The space is immaculate and has a cozy atmosphere. I really enjoyed watching winter sports on a big screen TV while snow fell outside, all while relaxing on the couch in the back room. The view of the mountain range while dining is simply stunning!
