"I always have a issue at this papa murphy's every time I get coupons that say valid in store only they just refuse to take them and say it's up to them if the decide to take them what's the point of giving out coupons if they won't take them makes nosense. And they are not nice about either an the last 2 times I have came to this store my order has been wrong. Horriblecustomer service. I would have gave 0 stars for this store if it gave me the option. Don't get me wrong there a couple nicepeople that work there as well."

This is hands down the best Papa Murphy's I've ever visited, and I've been to many, from California to Alaska. The staff is wonderful—genuine and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

It was the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa Murphy's. The combination pizza had no sauce, minimal cheese, and just three tiny pieces of bell pepper scattered across the entire pizza. I can't understand how this location stays in business. What a disappointment and a complete rip-off. Never again.

I have ordered the same Thin Crust Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza every weekend from here for over a year. I've never been dissatisfied with the food or the service. The most important thing to me as a repeat customer is that the employees here areCONSISTENT. I recommend ordering online, sometimes they can get busy.

The staff were quite rude and lacked professionalism while on the clock. One employee was shouting at her coworkers and showed up in pajamas, which I find very unprofessional. When you're working, it's important to dress appropriately and maintain a respectful environment. Because of this experience, I'll never return to Papa Murphy's in Pollock. View menu
