"I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the service that I have had over the past several months from this location has been horrendous! I worked in fast food for years(working all positions), so I am completely aware of how crazy things can get. I'm also very understanding and am not one to complain if a thing or two is slightly messed up, but there is no excuse for this. Starting back months ago, each time I ordered from here either something was missing, or something was made incorrectly. So, I just decided to stop going for a while. Well, I have recently started going again, and they have once again left things out of my order or been out of the most popular menu items! The last time that I went, I was was handed the bag which was closed with a sticker(due to Covid precautions, which is fine) and was told all of my items were in the bag. Well, me having had the terrible experiences that I have had there, I decided to check my order anyway. I'm glad that I did because it was missing some of my order! They did however, make it correct for me, which I am very grateful for! I love Taco Bell. I'm just ready to have good service again, and to not have to worry if I'll get home with all the food that I paid for."

All was quite good, except we had made it clear that the people ordering were vegetarian. And someone allowed a chicken dish to come through. They still did a great job otherwise. but this is really important for people who don't want that kind of thing in their diet

Absolutely avoid. It always takes forever and they constantly mess up the order. Love Taco Bell but this one is the worst. Spent 40 minutes in line only for them to mess up the order. Don't waste your time. Why be open if you don't have enough staffto provide an acceptable level of service? Seriously, the worst!

Lots of Taco Bells out there. This might be the worst. Just like all the other reviews say, they're slow. But even worse, they are not capable of getting an order correct.When going through the drive-thru, sit there after they hand you your food. Do NOT drive off. My only concern, aside from management, is the behavior of some of the order-takers in the lobby. It often seems like there aren’t enough workers on the floor, as many employees are just sitting around or hanging out in their cars. I usually have a dark-haired girl take my order, and she can be quite rude at times. Despite having an issue with her, I still really enjoy this Taco Bell!

I typically order just two items when I visit: the chicken chalupa and the nacho fries, especially when they're available. However, as a paying customer, I expect my fries to be hot and crispy, not soggy and cold. It's worth noting that I arrived shortly after they had opened, so I don't think the food quality should have been that poor. If there were another Taco Bell nearby, I would definitely choose to go there instead.
