However, the staff taking orders may not always be aware of which items are actually vegan or gluten-free, leading to confusion. For example, if you ask for a "vegan gluten-free brownie," they may just grab you a brownie without checking the label. I had a reaction after eating a brownie one week, but not another week with a different one, so I'm not sure if it contained gluten, eggs, or dairy. Overall, if you stick to items on the physical menu, you should be fine as they are clearly labeled."
