"This restaurant is excellent. They offer menu items that are unique compared to other local restaurants, such as the "Four Happiness" dish with shrimp, chicken, beef, pork, and veggies in a delicious light brown sauce. The beef is lean and flavorful, just like the chicken and pork. The shrimp is large and perfectly cooked, not chewy like some other places. The veggies are fresh and colorful, cooked just right. I usually prefer spring rolls but the egg roll with shrimp and chicken was amazing- crispy and tasty. The wonton soup had a light and flavorful broth, with thin and delicious noodles. The meat inside was firm and slightly sweet. The atmosphere is family-friendly, with a little boy playing behind the counter. Overall, friendly people, good prices, and no complaints. Highly recommend!"

I purchased a general tso dish at a cost of $5.50 if I'm not mistaken. I appreciate the fair pricing and the food was decent however this business is in rough shape. Simple yet delicious. This Asian restaurant is the only one in the culturally-lacking Brookline area. The family that owns it has a history in the Chinese restaurant business in Pittsburgh. The decor is minimal, with the owners serving as the cooks and servers. The kung pao chicken is tasty but a bit salty. The mongolian beef is especially delicious. The hot and sour soup is decent, and perfect for a cold day. The only drawback is the high MSG content in the dishes. Overall, this no-frills restaurant offers satisfying and traditional Chinese food.

I am really disappointed in this place. We've ordered take out twice and have been let down both times. First of all they charge a 4% fee for credit cards that they don't tell you until you get to the store where you'll probably wait a good 15 minutes beyond the estimated pick up time. The food is flavorless or literally drowning in sugar. The wonton soup is like water, the dumplings are super strange and off texture. The general Tso's and amazing chicken were like syrup with no spices or other flavor besides sweet. The shrimp were overcooked and lo mein soggy. Even though they are right up the street we will never waste our money there again
