"We made reservations on line for four at 6:30. They were accepted and we arrived on time. The dedicated elevator lobby entrance was closed with a sign stating that the restaurant was closed until October 1, with limited service for breakfast. We went to the Hotel lobby and learned that the restaurant had been closed for several days for remodeling. Our concern is why didn’t Trappers management post this information on their website and share it with the reservation service? LOUSY SERVICE!!!"

This is a great place to eat. The louder music took away from the nice quiet dinner that we were hoping to have, however the music selection was very good. Our server was amazing!

There's a petition out to help keep this restaurant going. They want to shut it down. I thought it was a nice place to go on our anniversary. Steak was good. They offered something new. Which was cooking it in front of you with a hot stone. Belinda, was a good host and tried in every way to make our dinner pleasant. Thank you. Hope they keep to stay.
