"Been eating here for years. No trouble until today. Service was alful. Had to ask twice for chips and salsa. Found metal shaving in my food. Brought to their attention. They seemed to be not worried about it at all. They did offer something else to eat but I had no appetite after finding what I found in my plate. You would of thought they would've gave a discount on the bill. But they didn't. Or at least apologize. But they couldn't even apologize. I'm very upset"

The food was excellent. For a Saturday, it was full of people and the food took a while to arrive. Once it arrived, it was well worth it. The service was attentive and courteous.

Every where I go I always ask for a large cup to go to dine-in this is the only restaurant that charges for the to go cup. Why? Mas se perdio en la Guerra it's not like you will go broke. That should be part of the service. View menu

I ordered the Milanesa and it tasted strange. I honestly didn't like the taste. I couldn't even finish it. The rice and beans were fine. I also don't like that you now have to pay for chips and salsa. The chips and salsa are just plain ordinary and it's not like they give you very many.

We have had breakfast and lunch at this location several times, but we were very disappointed today, our lunch was cold and the waitress seem to be in bad mood, need to train your waitresses, I expect a hot lunch if I'm paying $34.50 for a party of two, didn't want to be rude so I still left a good tip, not worth driving to San Benito from Brownsville for a cold lunch and to get serve by a waitress with a bad mood
