"This place is right around the corner from us so we have been there maybe about 1-2 times a month since we moved in about a year ago. Wait time was about 15-20 minutes at first. Which was fine. But now the wait time has gotten a lot longer. This last timewas about 45 minutes. The food is good, and why we kept returning. But the staff seem overworked and not supported by corporate.A Google search shows this seems to be a common problem with this chain. Probably will just skip over this place in thefuture. If you are looking for another place close by to get food, Pho Bowl across the street (next to LA fitness) is a greatfamily run business. Great food and fast and friendly service."

I ordered some wings, but they tasted more like dry fried chicken with no sauce. This place used to be really good; I don't know what went wrong, but I won't be returning.

I dined at Wingstop at 11:30 AM on June 16th. The staff was warm and polite, and the manager demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding the team on effective cleaning practices. Thank you for a delightful experience!

Excellent customer service! Unfortunately, the wings were too fatty. The food was decent overall. I returned to this location to sample their new chicken sandwich, but I wasn't a fan and wouldn't recommend it. However, the fries were delicious!

Ordered my wings at 11am for a 1215pm pick up. Got to the store food not ready. She tells me 15 minutes. I wait til 1233pm? I ask about my food she tells me it hasn?t even been started yet. I request refund. She gives me a generic refund slip and sayswait 3-5 business days. So it took 3 seconds to get my money but 3 days to give it back??terrible place for customer service View menu

I used to be able to order online and pay at the restaurant or pay with my card while ordering. Lately, there seems to always be an issue with this location. The site only gives me an option to pay with gift cards online. I tried calling to place an orderand nobody ever answers. This does not happen with other locations though. I find that annoying because the only way to order isfor me to go in person and wait *at least* 45 minutes for my food.

"One of the highlights of this restaurant is undoubtedly their breakfast meats. The bacon is some of the best I've ever had, and the sausage patties are fresh, boasting excellent texture and flavor. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hot link, which added a nice kick to my meal. Their fresh orange juice is another standout—absolutely delicious! My wife and son are particularly fond of the pancakes, and during our last visit, my wife tried the stuffed blackberry "French toast." This unique dish features a bear claw pastry filled with blackberries and prepared in the traditional French toast style, and she had nothing but praise for it. However, there are some drawbacks. The biscuits, which the diner takes pride in, tend to be quite dry and really require a generous serving of gravy to enjoy them. Even then, you’ll need a drink to help wash them down. Each time I've visited, I've had to ask for butter for my biscuits or toast, which I found unusual since it wasn't provided with the meal. When I finally received the butter, the toast and biscuits were never hot enough to melt it. Then there's the issue with the hash browns. On one occasion, mine were excessively crispy, while my wife's were undercooked and lacked color, leading her to request that they be cooked a bit longer. She was hesitant to do so, as she didn’t want to inconvenience the staff. If I come back, I would definitely choose the "country potatoes," which appeared to be a better option than the hash browns. The biggest downside for me has been the vegetables in the breakfast dishes. The onions and green peppers often taste raw and unappealing, as they could use more cooking. Overall, while there are some standout dishes and several strengths, there are also significant areas that could use improvement."
