Zaxby's - Menu

I ordered a snack meal that was supposed to come with three strips, but instead, I received just three small pieces. It seems that some staff may need additional training. Overall, I found the meal to be unsatisfactory.

One of my favorite places to visit when I need to pick me up something.. always hot and fresh. The wings and things will never get old! Tongue torch traditional wings with tenders dipped in sweet n spicy and a side of onion rings!!

I ordered a six of chicken tender it was horrible!!! And they also didn't give me the right sauce!!; That's why I don't like ordering online!!! This has got to be the worse Zaxby's ever cause they always messing up ya order!!!! I don't even want this $hit now!!! View menu

--- First of all, the chicken wings were huge! However, they were undercooked and too pale; they definitely needed to be baked longer given their size. I waited about 8 minutes—definitely not the full 10 minutes—and then I returned. For $17.80, I expect better quality! I want my money back, and I want it now!

I had to correct my order several times at the register, and there were additional issues with the food that came out. They couldn't manage to get the salad right without remaking it. Edit: Now it seems they've lost their focus on customer service. If a customer has to calmly correct the server, that's a clear issue.

I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich. I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l. I have a hard time finding a good location. Honestly I have stopped going. I just find this one to be the worst. The teenagers they have working here are not professional or serious. The food is always lukewarm if that. You can never get it piping hot. I don't know if they predrop food anticipating a crowd then it sits and gets cold or hard under the warmer but I don't mind waiting....on fresh food that is. If you have a buy 1 zax snack get 1 free, they do not want to give you your second drink depending on whose running the window. Awful service!!!

Just stopped by here because I like Zaxbys and I wanted chicken! Let me start this off by saying the food was delicious and hot! The cooks and crew in the back had it covered! Now the bull.... I ordered 2 chicken finger plates with 6 fingers and that was it. After checking my food and receipt, I was rung up for 2 chicken finger plates with 4 fingers instead of 6... WTH?! So I had go back in and order again because there wasnt enough food. After receiving my drink I stepped outside to put it in the car. I went back to the door to go in and get my food and the manager had locked the door. WTH again!! He came and opened the door, let me and another customer in that had already ordered and said...

Stopped by this zaxbys during a long road trip and had just about as bad of an experience as you can possibly have. Whoever was taking drive thru orders was moving so slow I could have read the entire Declaration of Independence 7 times in the amount of time it took him to take an order for TWO wings and things with no sauce (repeated no sauce 3 times on BOTH orders because it was just feeling like one of those days where they just decide to be lazy and mess up your food for no reason. Got to the window just to get both tossed in sauce which we specifically repeated for this exact reason.
