"What a fun and funky place! Delicious unusual offerings that are twists on the familiar. We started with their cold brew iced coffee. It's very strong and has a very unique flavor. Rich coffee flavor and molasses tones without the sweet. Definitely something to savor. We decided to share two dishes t -the wild card and the Mountie. Both were absolutely delicious! The wild card was a mix of mushrooms, sausage, onions, fresh spinach, dollops of intense in a good way! garlic aioli and a torn biscuit. Served with two over easy eggs. Perfectly done with a soft liquids sunshine yellow center. The mushrooms were a wonderful mix variety-not being a mushroom fan I can only guess at the types many oyster? But definitely fresh and savory-I loved every bite of them... every.bite. I didn't think I'd like it but I was wrong! The Mountie was amazing-again not being the adventurous eater I wasn't certain I'd like it but omg! This was amazing! It served on soft naan and spread with maple sweetened sweet potato mash and Mayo. In between was roast turkey slices, bacon and fresh spinach. The sweetness of the potatoes balanced the smoky bacon and creamy Mayo I'm not a Mayo fan but this was awesome . It is a big sandwich -enough to share but you're not going to want to! The atmosphere is fun and there are lots of vegan and vegetarian options. It feels very sustainable with the exception of how the serve condiments- they put them in individual ramekins rather that shakers or bottles. Give the place a more upscale feeling but it seemed a bit wasteful. They also have a bar with craft cocktails. It was too early for us but they sound good and we'll be back! Don't miss this fun unusual delish breakfast spot-they do lunch and dinner too. Try them!"

"The General Tso's chicken was made with decent chicken, but the sauce tasted like cheap bottled sweet and sour sauce mixed with either Louisiana hot sauce or pure cayenne pepper. The Egg Drop and Wonton Soups were absurdly sweet, reminiscent of candy, which was something I had never experienced before. It was truly unpleasant. The wontons were filled with ground beef—yes, you read that right—ground beef. I've never seen that as a wonton filling before. Shockingly, even in the soup, the beef was dry and spongy. The steamed dumplings were also overly sweet and had a grainy texture. As for the crab rangoons, they were stuffed with oddly chunky and dry cream cheese, lacking any flavor and not the smooth texture you’d expect. The Sesame Seed Chicken had no sesame seeds on it, and the sauce tasted like a mix of brown gravy and a hint of sweet and sour sauce, with a flavor reminiscent of cherry cough syrup. The fried rice was so dry that it tasted stale, while the lo mein noodles were unseasoned, overcooked to the point of being gummy, and again, oddly sweet. The egg rolls, which were supposedly filled with beef and peanut butter, contained neither; they turned out to be vegetarian. The only redeeming qualities of our order were the hot mustard packets, soy sauce packets, and napkins—at least we can use those for other meals. We hardly touched 95% of our food. Our dinner for five cost $71 before tip, and it took more than half an hour longer than we were told for our order to be ready. They claimed it would be done by 5:05 PM, but we didn’t receive it until around 5:38 PM. We waited in the lobby for about 45 minutes total, having arrived slightly early, and were parked outside for nearly an hour since they assured us it would only take 20 to 25 minutes. To be clear, this was the worst takeout experience of my life. If you're thinking about dining here, make sure you've got a sweet tooth because everything seems to be loaded with sugar, no matter what you order. If I could give negative stars for food quality, I would go as low as possible. I even attempted to contact them about a refund, but communication was a struggle for both sides, and ultimately, I had to give up. Avoid this restaurant, folks. You're better off skipping a meal altogether."

"so we haven 't eaten here before, we don 't know the menu whatsoever. when we initially pulled up, the lady taking our order, did not greet us. no hi guys, how can I help you? nothing like that. we told her we 've never eaten here, we 'd have to see the menu. we got up to the menu and not even 5-10 seconds (bless her heart she seems sweet) later she came back out to take our order but we didn 't even have enough time to look at the menus (the menus btw were so confusing and some didnt even have prices) it just felt very rushed. we finally ordered and she said we had a big order! there were only 3 people in the car. we finally got up to the window and they told us the total, which was $52 something. (cash only establishment) we only had $40 so we suggested that we give the $40 and have our brother run back to the store next door to get extra cash but before we could even explain, we were rudely cut off and told to go to the back of the line and reorder. then the manager or something like that, said well there 's customers waiting behind you to pay I instantly got upset and said well we 're paying customers as well. they can wait just like the rest of us . she said well you can either take stuff off your order ma 'am or you can go to the back of the line and reorder (I had an issue with this because she had an attitude for no reason) so I said well we 're trying to take stuff off ma 'am (I match energies so ofc I had an attitude when I said this) we were paying customers and she told us to go in the back of line. we were MORE than willing to give her the $40 so she could start cooking our food while our brother ran to the store next door and draw more cash out so we could have our full order but unfortunately that didn 't happen, we were forced to reduce our order because she thought we were just going to run off I guess? ANYWAY onto the food, the burgers were a 2/10. i understand they 're pepper burgers but it was overly seasoned with pepper, couldn 't taste anything BUT pepper. completely ruined our burgers unfortunately. the fried pickles and fries were okay at best. the oil they used was old and burnt it tasted like. the best part of our meal was the ranch unfortunately. we ordered 4 but she ended giving us 10 because i guess she knew her behavior was unacceptable. i wish I wasn 't writing this terrible review but i thought I 'd let everyone know that for the price and overall mid food, ITS NOT WORTH IT. we do NOT recommend eating here. the food, customer service was not good at all. i wish this small business all the best but until they work on their food and customer service, it is NOT worth waiting 45 mins to an hour."
