"The staff was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional, and the restaurant was in disarray. There was a puddle of water on the floor along with another wet area, but there were no caution signs to warn customers. To add to my disappointment, the soda dispenser was out of my favorite drink. Just six months ago, I would have rated them at least four stars for their food quality, but now I wouldn't trust it enough to eat there. Freddy's in Amelia, Ohio, has completely declined. I could hear employees yelling at each other in the back; it felt like a circus. I'm currently sitting comfortably at Penn Station just a mile away, writing this review. Yes, it’s more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would gladly pay a higher price to avoid that level of unprofessionalism again. It’s safe to say that Freddy's will never see another dollar from me."
