"I recently had dinner at this restaurant, and my experience was quite mixed. The service was outstanding, earning a 5 out of 5, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations and only received a 2 out of 5. The dishes were lacking in both flavor and creativity, which was disappointing considering the generally positive atmosphere of the place. As for the ambiance, I would give it a 3 out of 5. It was reasonably cozy, though not particularly memorable. Overall, while the staff was attentive and friendly, the food quality was disappointing. I hope they can enhance their menu options in the future."

"We had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hamburger was so tough that we couldn’t even eat it. There was blood on the plate from the chicken. We sent it back and opted for the country fried steak, but it didn't meet our expectations either. We also tried a meatloaf sandwich as a replacement for the hamburger, and it was equally unsatisfactory. Our family has decided that we will never return. We paid the $50 bill and left feeling very unhappy."

"The staff was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional, and the restaurant was in disarray. There was a puddle of water on the floor along with another wet area, but there were no caution signs to warn customers. To add to my disappointment, the soda dispenser was out of my favorite drink. Just six months ago, I would have rated them at least four stars for their food quality, but now I wouldn't trust it enough to eat there. Freddy's in Amelia, Ohio, has completely declined. I could hear employees yelling at each other in the back; it felt like a circus. I'm currently sitting comfortably at Penn Station just a mile away, writing this review. Yes, it’s more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would gladly pay a higher price to avoid that level of unprofessionalism again. It’s safe to say that Freddy's will never see another dollar from me."

"I went to the store to get some explanation as to why my coupon wasn't working. I spoke with Tracy, a manager at this location, who informed me that there's nothing she can do she doesn't have time. She states she's not able to honor that coupon you'll have to do it online. I then told her I won't be back because I don't have time to waste an hour of my day trying to figure out their website. She decides to get an attitude with me slamming things telling me that basically she's not gonna be cussed at, when I never cussed at her personally. On top of that she's threw my food through the window at me, and slammed the window in my face. I get home with my food only to discover my pizza, my shareable meatballs, and bread sticks are undercooked/cold. My autistic son witnessed the whole thing. I decided to call the manager of the store, Mike. the next day to tell him about how his employee treated me. He stated to me he had already spoken to all the employees that worked last night and the district manager. The only thing he can offer me is an apology. He actually stated the only thing he can offer me is an apology which isn't an apology at all. I told him I will never be step foot in his business ever again. He basically acted like he could care less. So I will be contacting corporate and the district manager personally to tell them this store. I don't believe this manager did speak to anyone. I would like this investigate further. I will also be reporting this location to the food and health board due to them serving me undercooked food, which we didn't even attempt to eat. I would never recommend visiting this location for fear you may experience the same thing I did. Sincerely Dissatisfied, Joey D."

We ordered queso and chips, and the queso cup was about the size of a papa johns garlic butter cup and the chips barely covered the bottom of the bag. In conclusion, they have drastically cut the amount or food you get for your money. My advice is to check your carryout order over before you pay for it. I included a picture of our chips. I specifically ordered both Beef Brisket and Pork Ribs, but I received two servings of Beef Brisket instead. It's frustrating when such mistakes occur, especially when you're eagerly anticipating a specific meal. Despite the hiccups in order accuracy, the exceptional taste of their BBQ dishes keeps me coming back, hoping for a smoother experience next time."

"DO NOT use their online ordering link. I went to Wings Bar and Grill’s website, clicked THEIR online ordering link, and ordered and paid through EZ cater, get to the restaurant, and they made me pay again. I’m handling the second charge with my bank, but I’m literally out over $110 now. The server I talked to told me I could call Monday to speak with a manager, so I did, and just let him know that this link is on the restaurants page, and suggested removing the online ordering link so this doesn’t happen to someone else. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he completely cut me off saying, “I don’t mean to interrupt you”, and he told me I need to just call the catering site. I said something along the lines of, “I did, I’m handling it with my bank, I just wanted to let you know that the link is on your site so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I’m not asking you for a refund or anything.” Still, no apology, nothing. A simple, “I’m so sorry that happened, we’re trying to get it taken care of.” Would’ve sufficed. Instead, the manager took the defensive route."

"Unfortunately, this location frequently runs out of essential ingredients such as fajitas, chicken, and steak. In fact, during seven out of my last ten visits or orders, there were mistakes with our delivery and online orders, sometimes to the extent that you might wonder if they even read the order ticket. It seems that management is somewhat disconnected from their customers and the level of service provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Chipotle as a whole and enjoy dining there weekly; however, I have chosen to take my business to other locations. "Extremely rude lady that works there and answers the phone. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese and bacon. I had my grand kids with me and did a walk in order. I got home and gave my grandson a piece and grand daughter and myself and noticed no pepperoni. I also noticed how sloppy the pizza was made. The cheese was hardly on there and all the you could really see was pizza sauce. I was not going to make a issue of that but when I seen not pepperoni, I thought I 'd call and let them know. The lady laughed at me and stated you are three pieces of pizza before you noticed but what she didn 't seem to understand is, I had two grandbabies here as well, that are young. I told her yes about the three pieces and she said it again and then put me on hold. She got back on the phone and said since you ate half the pizza I 'll make you a personal. I told her I would like to have a medium like I paid for but with pepperoni as I originally ordered. She got very snappy and rude and told me she ain 't doing that and it 's their policy and NOT THE CUSTOMERS! I was very nice and calm till then. I told her customer is first and there is no reason I would call there telling them there is no pepperoni, if their wasn 't and since I came there and gave my order and paid, I should get one replaced. Unfortunately she was rude and told me NO! I guess they will hire anybody these days but those anybody 's will make you lose a customer really quick!!!! Don 't waste you time with these rude and disrespectful people, go where they care and customers first! God Bless!!"

"I recently decided to order Taco Bell through DoorDash again after a year of avoiding it, as my previous experiences often led to incorrect or poorly prepared orders. However, the past few days have been a pleasant surprise! I'm not sure if there's a new employee or manager, but every order I've placed between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. has been spot on. They followed all my instructions perfectly, and for the first time in ages, my cinnamon twists actually came with cinnamon sugar! I'm really pleased with this improvement and hope it continues!"
