Donatos Pizza - Piatti

This location does not honor Donatos pricing or coupons. Even after showing the website price and email conformation price, I was told I would need to pay the full menu price for the pizzas.

This pizzeria is part of a chain and uses frozen crusts from a franchise. The toppings and cheese are plentiful, but the sauce is not very impressive. The customer service was great and the friendly staff made up for the average food quality.

I was not happy with the food at this restaurant. I ordered a calzone and it was the worst one I've ever had. The chicken wing bites I received were not what I had ordered. I paid $35 on Uber Eats and it was not worth the money or time. I would never order from this place again. If I could, I would give it half a star. Visualizza piatti

Placed an order for delivery. order arrived on time. However, one of the salads we ordered was missing! Delivery driver said he was Door Dash not affiliated with the store couldn't help. My wife has contacted the store twice. She was told both time her CC would be credited. It still hasn't happened. She will be going into the store in person. Last time ordering from this place. Buyer beware!

07.23.2022 Second time in one week we've tried to dine here. Placed an order, Lg Hand Tossed Cut in squares and a salad. Seems simple enough..: First time, on Tuesday, it was cut incorrect and we left. Tonite, I'm here, placed the order as stated above. When the order is being handed to me, she states that it's in squares... guess what; ITS NOT! Why don't people listen?? Is it really this hard? People have a choice how and where they spend their money! Donato's used to be better than LaRosas's, now I'm not so sure. #DOBETTER

Reduced to carry out in these pandemic times. I ended up at Donatos on an unseasonably warm Saturday evening. Ordered a split cheese and pepperoni pizza and an order of barbecue wings. The pizza was typical Donatos...wall to wall pepperoni and decent cheese pizza. Nothing wrong here. Donatos is decent carry out pizza. The problem was the nasty wings. Heavy breading and equally heavy barbecue sauce couldn't hide the lack of meat. What little I found I gave to Jenks, our dog. Yuck. Avoid these like covid 19. I want to disclose that I have worked for Donatos in high school and college. Since we moved in June of 2018, we have ordered from this location at least once a month. Every time we order a pizza, I request thick or sweet sauce as it is more robust, thicker, and sweeter, making it tastier overall. The thicker sauce adds a whole new dimension of flavor. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where our order arrived with the thinner sauce. Once you have tried the thick sauce, you will never want the thin sauce again. It has been a few years since I been able to get food here. They did. It have it where I moved down south. So I really wanted to have there pizza and garlic cheese bread along with pizza from here. Ordered it online and everything was burnt. The thin crust wasn't bad but they remade the two items. The bread was plain chees they other way to much cheese. A half pep and chees pizza with more cheese then anything. Was told that I might have to wait for tossed crust pizza because it might be frozen. Thankfully it wasn't. I went to the store to get some explanation as to why my coupon wasn't working. I spoke with Tracy, a manager at this location, who informed me that there's nothing she can do she doesn't have time. She states she's not able to honor that coupon you'll have to do it online. I then told her I won't be back because I don't have time to waste an hour of my day trying to figure out their website. She decides to get an attitude with me slamming things telling me that basically she's not gonna be cussed at, when I never cussed at her personally.
