"We love District MOT/Saigon for its beautiful ambiance, delicious starters, well-crafted entrees, friendly service, and good value. However, during our recent visit, we experienced a small issue with the service. We ordered an extra portion of rice to go with our generous curry chicken, but it did not arrive promptly. After waiting for more than five minutes, we had to flag down a busy staff member to remind them of our request. Eventually, the rice dishes arrived more than 10 minutes after our initial request, and we were charged for both. Despite this small hiccup, overall it was a pleasant dining experience."

"We had a wonderful experience at Alba’s tonight. Our Server, Heney, was very helpful in explaining the food and drink menu to us and was very friendly and upbeat. The Arugula Salad was very good. Our two main courses of manicotti with meatballs and pasta with broccoli rabe with sausage were delicious and the portions were huge and will be enjoyed at lunch tomorrow. Lots of people enjoy authentic “red sauce” Italian food which is great here. The good news is that I can enjoy a variety of foods at Alba’s! Our new once-a-week restaurant for sure! "Amazing service, brunch menu was good and I went on a Thursday. The manager explained the brunch menu is a little bigger on the weekend which is good to know. Brandon was 10/10. I hate getting unlimited drinks and have to keep requesting for a refill. Brandon kept the drinks going even though he was both bartender and server, never had to ask for a refill. Prices were very very reasonable we spent over 100 for 2 because we eats! Will defiantly be back. ONE THING: The chicken for the apps was flavorful to the bone. But when we got the chicken and waffles it was on the dull side. Not bad, but after having the apps I was expecting my mouth to burst with flavor. I did find that to be a little disappointing. Maybe it was just a bad day. However the waffles carried it through and saved it."

"amazing views from the rooftop, you can’t really get that at any other restaurant in this area. Drinks were amazing the first time I came, second time they were alright. Menu is a little overpriced for the quality of food but the servers were very nice and attentive. I would definitely come back if I just wanted drinks and sushi. Pad thai was not what I was used to, the sauce is definitely different than what I was used to. I would recommend any of the sushi rolls, I got the spicy tuna roll with crunch and i had to order another, that’s how good it was. I would place this restaurant as one of my top places for sushi, drinks views."

"I have been to Avenue about 3 times now. My first experience was ok, service was standard, food was good. But the past 2 times I have been in the past week have been amazing. Being a GM in the city, I love great hospitality when I see it. I noticed one of their managers the second time I went bymyself , weather was horrible and I stop in for a cocktail and had their steak. He was so welcoming and polite. The same week Today I went back with my husband. I saw the same manager. He greats absolutely everyone, helps his staff on the floor and is the true meaning of hospitality and being a leader. He came over our table and I asked him, his name “ Eddie”. You are a rockstar ! My husband and I had a great time and this industry needs more managers like you!"

"My boyfriend and I wanted to try this place because they have mostly seed oil free options. Additionally, I recently went plant based while my bf still eats meat, so it’s not been easy for us to eat out together (especially considering almost every restaurant ever has seed oils! The Thirsty Koala absolutely exceeded our expectations!! I got the vegan option for the gnocchi with truffle cream sauce. Out of this world!!!!! One of my favorite dishes I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. My bf got the mango chicken with rice. I tried the rice and was stunned at how delicious and unique the flavor was. He really enjoyed his meal also. (It’s so rare we’re BOTH satisfied eating out! Our server was so kind and attentive. I told her I wanted a drink besides water, but nothing with alcohol. She made me a delicious mocktail with basil, cucumber ginger beer. Overall it was such a pleasant experience for 2 people that barely eat out because of the stress obstacles involved. I felt happy, relaxed satisfied, which is honestly what going out should always feel like (or like, what would the point be?! I would go back in a heartbeat recommend 1000 times over."

"The food had very good flavor but an overall poor meal. The salad had a generous portion of tuna which was very good but the greens were soaked in sesame dressing. Couldn't have more than a few bites. We did not receive the pulled pork benedict but a pulled pork sandwich instead. The sandwich was ok."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"I went to this restaurant with my family today and was disappointed with the food and drinks. The frozen margarita (passion fruit) looked more like a slushy and did not taste good, while the frozen sangria tasted like syrup or medicine. The food was just okay - the empanadas seemed undercooked and the churrasco was greasy and slightly burnt. The only dish that was good was the chicken breast. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I'm not sure if the kitchen was just having a bad day."

"We had a fantastic dinner with my family of six on Sunday. The food was amazing, from the appetizers to the main courses. I ordered the lamb chops, which were possibly the best I've ever had. The service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. We always enjoy dining here!"

"If a restaurant has a brunch and all-day breakfast menu that you can't replicate at home, it's a sign of a kitchen that truly knows its craft. Every penny spent here is well worth it. The flavors in these dishes rival those from a Zagat-rated establishment—fresh, innovative, and distinctive. We tried just three dishes, and now we can’t wait to return and sample everything else on the menu. There are so many unique flavor combinations to explore. The hot chicken biscuit was even better than chicken and waffles, and the fried chicken was bursting with flavor. They also offered a cheesy grits breakfast dish featuring Korean BBQ-flavored bacon and kimchi; the balance of aromas was so intricate it was hard to pinpoint the spices, making it perfectly salty and sweet. Plus, they have this decadent mozzarella-filled cornbread served in a truffle cream sauce—it's meant to be shared, as it’s quite filling for two. It’s genuinely award-worthy. If you stick to a standard dish, it’s entirely yours to keep. I strongly recommend trying the non-traditional options on the menu. And don't miss out on their flavored coffee and latte selections; they have delightful peppermint and gingerbread lattes that are simply delicious."

"First time at Macoletta taking a pizza cooking class. They have a super cool oven shipped in from Verona that has a spinning and elevating stone. Darby is the instructor who walked us through the history of the store, it's owner, and the pizza made at Macoletta. She taught us how to make the pizza. She was very well informed and friendly. My partner and I also met the owner. Walid, who was welcoming. He offered us free samples of the burrata they have with fresh baked bread. I highly recommend the pizza making class. It came with 2 alcoholic drinks, the pizza you made, and a dessert. I had the Where's Walid-O drink which had great jasmine notes, hibiscus, and had a nice kick to it.My partner had the Nutella pizza and I tried the pannacotta, which was very refreshing.Definitely coming back!"

"Took the family for a night out in Astoria and was in the mood for Brazilian food. Found this nice restaurant on Yelp and decided to take a chance. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and proceeded to order some food. My Picanha was served on a cast-iron skillet and it was outstanding (would definitely order again)! Everyone else ordered something different and enjoyed their food. The overall consensus was the black beans were a little salty but everything was great, including the atmosphere and the waiter. Note that although the kids entrees are a little pricy compared to chain restaurants, the portions delivered would satisfy most adults! This restaurant comes highly recommended!"

"I found a fantastic spot for authentic dry hot pot in Astoria, and I'm so glad I no longer have to travel to Flushing for this type of cuisine! You can’t go wrong with the spicy garlic cucumber appetizer. For the dry hot pot, I recommend getting the thinly sliced beef, fish, enoki mushrooms, cilantro, ribbon noodles, and a vegetable like bok choy. You can adjust the spice level to your liking, but if you’ve never tried northern Szechuan food before, be prepared for the unique numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorn. It's an acquired taste, but once you embrace it, you won’t look back! Malala tends to be very busy on weekends; we once waited about 20 minutes inside after ordering ahead for 40 minutes, but that was during the post-pandemic period when they seemed to have fewer staff. Dining in is always a delightful experience as well, thanks to the calming decor and relatively peaceful atmosphere. The portion sizes can sometimes be on the smaller side, but we usually have enough leftovers for lunch the next day after a typical hot pot meal!"

"Beautiful decor, and excellent sushi rolls. I had a dragon roll, spicy tuna roll and shared a third roll with my friend. The presentation was gorgeous and the sushi was fresh and delicious. We also had some drinks, one of which had lychee in it. The drinks were really strong. We had a great time here and I will definitely be back."

As soon as we sat down , our server Loranne brought us water and gave us a minute to decide. This was our first time here so when she came back we were still undecided luckily for us she helped us thru the menu and suggested a few items. Once we placed the orders she quickly came back with drinks and she informed she be"

"Wow, the food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! Every dish I tried was fantastic, especially the miso soup and salt and pepper mushrooms. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. The service was excellent and fast. We went back for my husband's birthday dinner and it was amazing. We ordered a lot of food, but each dish was incredibly flavorful!"

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."
