"Ii have been to this place times and it was lovely until this visit , when we were hosted by Katie . She should not be working in hospitality , very rude woman . We had a reservation and we were made to feel that we did not have one . She forced us to seat inside otherwise we would not eat brunch because they were getting close to pm and Katie had to close the restaurant. Really ???! Mind you had a reservation outside seating confirmed at and arrived on time . She was very rushed , and frantic , running around and yelling at people , including guests . Not acceptable. I will not return to your restaurant nor recommend it , because of the environment that Katie created and is treating your clients . Absolute , uncomfortable experience! Food is good but worth to return visit!!"

"we went to the restaurant for our reservation and were told we would sit in 10-15 minutes because they waited for server. the fire alarm went out all the time we were here, and thanks it did not sound, but that flash was not ideal. this was not recognized at all, although by one of the workers I found really strange. eating was really not great, and they were from one of their most popular dishes. at the end of our time we used the toilet room that was a few steps high. when we were up there, there was food everywhere, and it was very disgusting. then, when you went past the kitchen, there was also a tonne eating all over the floor. that was super disappointing when we hoped that a great place will be celebrated together before we went to the fuchs for a show. we will not go back!"

"I had a reservation for 9:30pm, but arrived at 9:35pm to find a long line. The waitress entered us into the system at 9:45, but we continued to wait standing. Whenever I inquired about being seated, I was told we were next or that we could sit outside for a fee of $400. This was a place I used to frequent and recommend to others, but I was extremely disappointed with the service. We finally got a table at 11:45pm, but by then I was ready to leave, as most other restaurants would have been closed. I will not be returning."

"i can’t believe i’ve gone up and down peachtree so many times without finding out about this restaurant till now. the decor is quite nice and i love the open kitchen and bar in the front the beverage team is doing a great job! we ordered the chicken 65 and bhindi chaat which were great starters to share and quite delicious. for entrees, we shared the saffron butter chicken and the aloo gabi at a medium spice level, which was just perfectly spiced. i’ve been trying to find a good indian spot and am happy that everything was flavorful and seasoned well. on top of the delicious food is the service our server Naveen was attentive and went the extra mile into recommending what we should and shouldn’t have, and his recommendations definitely helped us a lot! He even told us the next time we come, they provide 2 hour parking next to the restaurant. the entire service team was friendly and approachable and did a great job! and on top of that is their extra details in service and atmosphere with features such as:1. the kitchen window showing the chefs making your bread fresh right in front of the dining room2. bags in the bathroom for women’s sanitary disposables and separate trash bins3. a large array of mirrors and portrait lights that provide a great photo op for you, your partner, or a group!i would gladly return again for more food!"

"I used to live in the VA-Highlands area and had good memories of Atkins Park and wanted to return for a meal. First off, the food was very good, it was just the matter of getting the food that was an issue. When 25 minute passed after ordering and everyone who arrived after us was eating, we had to flag down a waiter to check on our meal. They seemed to be very limited on waitstaff. Later, when ordering dessert to go, it took another 30 minutes to get that as well. A very gracious manager comped us some coupons for the inconvenience. But the real insult was later that evening when we went to eat dessert and found raw apple pie in the go-box. Yes, uncooked dough and apples. Really?! Won’t be coming back."

"Wow! I live in Midtown and have passed by this restaurant for years but never stopped in. My mistake! Went there last night and found the service and food to be phenomenal! The Sushi was Fresh and the rolls were creative and delicious! The other thing that I loved most, was the fact that my friend and I could dine together and actually have a conversation with each other. So many restaurants these days are so loud that you cannot hear or concentrate. Will definitely go back and will certainly recommend that others do the same!"

"A friend brought me to this restaurant during the pandemic one night. I noticed it while heading to an event on a Friday evening, so I decided to return for dinner. We sat at the sushi bar, where I tried a Japanese strawberry drink for the first time; it reminded me of a pink Starburst! I ordered the spicy chicken miso ramen, and it was incredibly flavorful. I also enjoyed the crunchy shrimp roll and the spicy salmon roll, both of which were absolutely delicious. I savored every bite. The customer service was excellent—quick and attentive. Even the gentleman at the sushi bar checked in on us to make sure we were doing well. "

Also, the waiter we had was no help in getting in and out from the table, as the tables were all too close together, making it uncomfortable and awkward for all. He just basically watched us struggle and just said, “Thank you”? Does not make sense. Left a bad impression to us, sadly. Maybe after they fix the patio, they can update the waiters on manners and helpfulness,"

"Not what it use to be. I'm disappointed for that matter because this restaurant isn't around the corner from us. I want it to be worth the inconvenience of the travel. It use to be. For some reason they only give you a small amount of vegetables. If you're vegetarian, it frustrating. It is what it is. Plus the price is higher than what it use to be. The shows are basic now. The experience isn't what you expect from hibachi anymore. It went from being great to okay in my opinion. UPDATE After my review I was contacted by Debbie about my response. My experience was not the reputation and integrity of the services and quality of food they offer. Saddened by my review I was asked for a redo. I thought on it and decided to take them up on their offer. In the past I've had a terrific experience so they were worth another attempt. When I tell you....we completely enjoyed ourselves, we did indeed! The food was amazing and service was phenomenal. There's not too many businesses that stand by their product. Restaurants forgot about the customer experience. Repeat business is how your success in this industry. I really appreciate everyone at Nakato for leaving a great impression on my family and I. Making it right and ensuring they've met our expectations means a lot. We'll be back and we'll be sure to share our feedback with others!"

"Dined on the patio. Server was very friendly but he was also serving as the cashier in the wine shop, so a bit distracted. We finished our salads and set the empty plates at the edge of the table to be picked up. Those dirty plates sat there during our entire meal. Neither the runner or the server thought to take them away. I ordered the crab cake appetizer for dinner. These crab cakes did not seem homemade. They were perfectly formed discs with straight edges and the crabmeat was chopped up very finely, no lumps of meat. If I had to guess, these were frozen from a food supplier. Very disappointing experience. I can make better at home. And clear the dirty plates between courses."

"I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant! The parking is safe, accessible, and free. The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious, showcasing their genuine commitment to quality in every dish they serve. The menu features a wide variety of options, making it easy for my large family to find something to suit everyone's tastes. However, the highlight for me was the service! Our waitress, Obi, was the best I've ever encountered in nearly 40 years. She seemed to anticipate our needs even before we had to ask for anything and graciously answered all our questions about the menu. She was simply perfect. I can't wait to be seated in her section on my next visit. Everyone there was wonderful, and the atmosphere was fantastic."

"It was our usual routine, first night of work week in ATL, date night and of course Wisteria. The phrase for tonight is “over the top.” My husband had his usual, lobster bisque that he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the featured Winter salad which was “over the top” and had it been twice as large it could have been my entire meal. My husband had the Southern Stew, a very large portion of shell fish and salmon served with a pice of grilled cornbread. “Over the Top.” I had a second salad of frisée, beets, GA strawberries, mandarins that tasted like they were scented with vanilla,two generous wedges of feta and cornbread croutons. Beyond “over the top.” We also enjoyed a side of Brussel sprouts. The homemade cherry pie done as a variation of the real thing was again “Over the Top.” There are lots of good, great restaurants in ATL. They will pale after tonight’s “Over the Top “ meal at Wisteria. ."

"they came here on a cold Friday night to meet friends; while there were fire pits, unless they are next to them, they could not keep them too warm, so they plan accordingly! (could def bring a deck or something else to this spot the order is done by way of a walk up, and they have a main food order line as well as a line where they can order only drinks or small items such as chips and salsa. (I have heard that the line can be long, so it is practical, about the other I ordered a soy chorizo con papas taco, and they had a jackfruit tinga taco special and got one of them also, with one side of their fried beans. everything was delicious, but the fried beans were amazing as well as the soy-chorizo. for vegan “stuffing” options they have regularly the soy chorizo on the menu, plus a veggie medley that looks if would be nice if they do not ask for crèma. next time I think I will try to make the burrito (fyi; vegan, leave the rice and bee we also have a brombeere margarita and chips and salsa that were great. they are looking forward to coming back when it is a bit warmer the atmosphere and the outdoor area so great!"

"Food was very good. I had the beef ribs, great sauce but meat portion was a little skimpy, especially for the price. Last time I had the Beef Wellington and it was also excellent and sumptuous. Both visits my wife had the duck, and she really enjoyed the dish both times. The live music by a soloist/guitarist Bernie , a woman) was a great part of the ambience, and the artist sings a lot of French songs and other music which is compatible with a French restaurant. A glass of Bordeaux with the beef paired very well."

"C and S Restaurant in Vinings is one of our favorites, one we can always count on for special occasions. But, since my husband has been going through some medical procedures, instead of coming for dinner on his birthday, we came for lunch. The menu at lunch is a little different than the dinner menu and what a wonderful surprise!! We got to try some things that we haven’t had before. We can never get past RC’s Chargrilled Oysters because they are absolutely the best in town!! But, we had the New England Clam Chowder which was outstanding and we had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl that was so fresh and flavorful, with just a little spicy kick, that it made us vow to come back to C and S again for lunch as it was such a treat. Arnold and the staff always make you feel so welcome and the service is excellent. It’s so nice to be close to one of the best restaurants in town to celebrate a birthday!"

"Haven is a restaurant that we really enjoy. The food is excellent. We had made a reservation for their outside patio two weeks in advance. However, on the day of our reservation, they called to inform us that we would be seated inside due to the weather. It turned out that they were hosting a large event for the Kentucky Derby, which had been planned well before our reservation. This event filled up the patio and much of the inside of the restaurant, causing it to be very crowded. The noise level was extremely high, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. The bathroom had a long wait of 15 minutes. If we had known about the party, we would have chosen a different date for our reservation. It was disappointing that they did not notify us about the event and the impact it would have on our dining experience. In the end, we decided to go elsewhere for coffee and dessert. Despite this, we still plan to return to Haven in the future."

"That was the worst experience I ever had in the Nebelo de chao. My family from town loves to eat here when they're out of town. We eat here about 5 times a year and eat either at Atlanta or Dunwoody. That was the worst service and the experience we've ever had. We had a 1:00 reservation for a group of 5, we arrived at 12:45 and were asked to sit in the waiting area at the bar. We sat at 12:55, but had to wait for more than 10 minutes until a server was available, the man who went to the table tried to make conversations, but it was an unpleasant more than 10 minutes for everyone while waiting on our server. Once we sat fine beverages and helped to get to the market table and which were not refilled several things were empty for most of our meals and not refilled. 4/5 of the people in our group got the meat experience and left their cards to the green. The server brought water, but did not bring any additional drinks that we ordered wine and sweet tea until we had already finished a few dishes. Sitting down within 20 minutes, no meat had passed. We had to ask several times to bring meat. There were several servers that would come with fresh meat, serve two people at a table and then run back into the kitchen. We asked our server several times for certain meat cuts, and they never came. There was literally nothing more we could do than ask our server and the meat never comes. We were made friendly and they came by and freed our dirty plates, we waited for a certain cut of meat crucible and the grilled cheese we told the server, but they never brought new plates and meat and cheese. We won't be back soon."

"Lack luster experience. The place was dark and dated. The was mediocre at best. Had a Caesar salad, steaks and sides of baked potato, Brussel sprouts and broccoli. Steaks were not cooked to correct temp, baked potato was cold and Brussel sprouts were overcooked. For this type of money, they need to do better. I will not be returning."

"My rating is actually 4.5 stars. I've been here before but this time I went solo for lunch. I was promptly seated, but it took forever for my server to greet me and take my order. I was grateful that another server at least got me some water. I understand things happen, but the restaurant wasn't busy, so I'm assuming she may have been new, I don't know. Anyway, I ordered the power lunch. My Arugula salad with grapes, apples, and walnuts was a nice start to my lunch. The chicken sandwich was lightly breaded, and the brioche bread was soft. It was very tasty. I got my pecan pie bar to go, as I was already full. It made for a nice treat when I got home. I look forward to going back and trying other dishes."
