"Pretty disappointing. There were 3 people at the front counter playing on their phones. When I went up to get dessert, they were having a less than appropriate conversation one said I 'm a bad b+ I don 't smoke those another was saying they don 't smoke it bc it hurts their throat. (Sorry I missed what they don 't smoke). Now all this, I really wouldn 't have been bothered since it was slow. IF the store hadn 't been disgusting. Bathroom had (hopefully water) everywhere around the stalls. The cleaner stall had no toilet paper. All the pictures are from me walking. Not just taking pictures of a single straw wrapper. Except the roach in the lobby. So the lobby had trash and rodents all over the floors. The tables hadn 't been wiped. We were in there for over 30 mins and they never got wiped. Like I said, they were slow. One person ordered before us, one after and one pick up while we were there."

"Ordered food for delivery. It took over an hour to recieve the order and once it showed up the driver asked for an additional tip! (note that 20% was already included plus a $4.99 delivery charge). We ordered a parmesan sandwich and an angel hair pomodoro. The sanwhich had chicken that was totally fried and dry as a bone and absolutely no sauce. The pasta also had little or no sauce. If you are smart you should stay away from this place. Luckily there are other options in Bartlett like the Bosses Signature and Pasta Mia that you can get real italian food that you can actually eat."

"The only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the location and cleanliness, I was there 3 times for the first time my order wrong, last 2 times there was absolutely NO meat on everything I had ordered (only salad, tomatoes, cheese"

"worte can not describe this place in bartlett, it's just terrible. the main problem was the burrito I ordered - as the whole order was dry and without taste. it had barely lean, tomato or guak. more than 3/4 of it was filled with pure bland rice; felt like there were a few pfund rice in a veggie burrito. I asked a hired person who worked there if they could regain the burrito and they refused because I apparently had taken 4-5 bits out of the burrito? I obviously still had 80% of the burrito uneaten, although so really not know what their question was. the main reason why I went to the restaurant was because of a friend who (will not be named) works there. they told me about the disgusting things that happen in their kitchen - honestly, I was told this before going. I know this is an established business that has been there for many years, so this review will not make much difference from one. it doesn't play a role for me. I have never despised, so if this rating is even 1 customer per week/month, it would be absolutely worth it. stay away from here!"

"The service was terrible. The food was awful. I've made better myself. Couldn't even complain that the mole we ordered was dry and cold because she never came to check on us. The guacamole was so bland that we had to ask for lime and salt. And you have to pay extra for them to add jalapeño. I've never heard of that before! The only positive were the drinks. Fantastic! I've been here before and sat at the bar and got great service. Also, they don't have any type of specials. Nada! We did ask and were simply told no. That's too bad."

"This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Although it's on the smaller side, they really utilize the space well. While the decor may not be the most impressive, it is definitely spotless. The staff is exceptionally friendly; the cashier, in particular, went above and beyond to manage our group's orders while also taking a large order over the phone. She skillfully handled both customers, providing outstanding service. The cook was efficient and handled several special requests flawlessly. While I wouldn’t say it’s the best barbecue I've ever had, it’s definitely quite good, and my group is excited to come back. When we left, the cashier even encouraged us to host all our monthly meetups there."

"I had a coupon for a whopper meal. It came with a large drink, a large order of onion rings and it only cost me about $10 after tax which is a great deal! I also wanted to try the tacos, I used to get them in the past and they are just as good as I remember. You get one for $1.29 and that's a good price... I would rather eat these than Taco Bell. They are greasy but very crispy and delicious. I love the coke freestyle fountain drink machines and was so happy to see one here. The guy who took our order was very nice and respectful. I will be back here for sure!"

"Entered the building and felt welcomed from the staff. Our attendant Morgan gave us her suggestions and her recommendations. Choose the famous hot chicken with Mac and cheese and potato salad. The hot chicken didn’t disappoint but the MAC AND CHEESE was FIRE!!!!! Potato salad was sweet so there’s that. I also ordered the catfish plate. Received 3 pieces of fish with beans and coleslaw. The fish was delicious and the slaw was on point. The beans were really good. Although I thought the catfish plate was a bit expensive…I wouldn’t get again unless they lower the price. The chicken is HELLA GOOD so I’ll pay for that."

"Sometimes the food is great, sometimes it 's awful. Sometimes the portions seem big, sometimes they 're small. Sometimes the order is correct but they usually get something.wrong. It 's never their fault. One thing for sure, it 's one of the most expensive places to eat. Considering their inconsistency, we decided a few days ago that were not returning. Too much salt, too much garlic, too much wasted food, too much after the meal misery and too many smart butt comments. Example, No one else complained. $50 for two adults and we were unable to eat most of the food. Also, if you get take-out, make sure the lids are on good and you take a box and towel. The food likes to spill. Sometimes you have to clean your table again or your arms stick. Dietary restrictions: The put too much salt and sometimes garlic in all their food. Desserts are super sweet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2"

"This was my first time at this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. My friend and I visited for lunch on a busy Saturday, but we were seated right away. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they offered lunch specials on weekends, which was a nice touch for someone like me who is not a local. Our server, Ibrahim, was excellent. He was attentive and skilled at his job, remaining calm and patient throughout. The table next to us even inquired about his name, wanting to be served by him in the future. We were welcomed with a complimentary spring roll each, a gesture I had never experienced before. For appetizers, we enjoyed agedashi tofu, one of my favorites that I believe Red Koi does second best. We also tried the buccaneer roll and chick fila roll from the special lunch menu, both of which were unique, generously portioned, and delicious. Additionally, we shared the chicken and shrimp hibachi, as we couldn't make up our minds, and the aroma of the hibachi as we entered was enticing. My friend particularly enjoyed the yum yum sauce. Despite having leftovers, we felt it was all worth it. My friend now has a new favorite spot, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit."

"My family and I stopped by for lunch today as we were passing through the area and found the food to be both delicious and varied. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient. All in all we recommend dining there. Having said that, there was one small glitch, when my wife went to get soup she found a number of bowls had a small amount of dried food on them. We understand that this sort of thing can happen in a busy kitchen, particularly around lunch time, but it might be something that the restaurant should double check."

"Love this place! Always friendly and always fresh. That being said.....prepare to wait. When you order your food is when they start making it. No preheated chicken here which makes it delicious, but you do wait. If you can catch them when there's no line you're only waiting like ten minutes, but totally worth it. The boom boom chicken is my personal favorite, followed by the honey bee in 2nd. Also the drive-thru is very narrow. My pick-up won't make the turn. Have to turn, back up then turn again. Very tight. Again, worth it though. You should check this place out, you won't regret it."

"Ordered a half-and-half only to find the drivers delivering Guinness are in negotiations and no Irish restaurants getting deliveries. They substituted another dark beer that did not separate the beers inside the glass so not a true drink Then for lunch ordered Corned Beef and Cabbage only to find out it is being taken off the menu. Two strikes and it is going to be a long while before I return. Service: Dine in"

"Called in for a 930 hibachi reservation and they said no need to make a reservation as they had plenty of seating available. Showed up at 945 and then the people at the front desk say that all of the chefs have gone home and there will be no hibachi show! Then they said we could still order our food and sit down. I drove an hour there so I figured it was still worth a shot for the food. The chicken was literally inedible!! Noodles were soggy and the fried rice was very bland and left very much to be desired. I complained about our food and the server said oh I 'm sorry and left our bill. I wouldn 't recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other hibachi steakhouses nearby that are far superior to this trash!! They automatically add 18 percent gratuity to your bill as well."

"The food here is absolutely delicious, and they offer a fantastic variety of unique items for sale, including special tinctures, soaps, sprays, and just about everything you can think of. Their homemade cookies, pastries, and desserts are exceptional. The only downside is that the woman at the front counter can be a bit off-putting, but don't take it personally."

"we are so disappointed by this place. We loved bellos and now that the name changed in cheos, we thought that eating would not change. the eating was so much more expensive we paid 30$ for a burrito and taco dinner! unreal! the buzzing and rice tasted as bland nothing like the previous owners. the steak was chewing; the burrito was mostly leaning and very little meat. What a ****! so sad it is no longer bellos. that's not gonna do this again. we even noticed price increases with $3plus on objects that is an enormous increase!"

"Terrible service, went for couple of pots ice with my child, waited 45 minutes, there were several other families with children as well, waiting. After 45 minutes they began to serve, but they sarted with the ppl, the last came. After an hour decided to leave some of the families with children we waited for a further 15 minutes. The cashier believes that his name Michael was the one with the worst attitude. Asked if there was a manager he said he had not one, but one between some stores asked him if he would be tomorrow. He said they were closed the next day. No matter how good ice is, but this kind of behavior will run away ppl. If there were 0 stars, but google didn't. Will never go there again."
