"Honestly, the staff here are great. They are friendly, kind and always smiling. One of the best teams I have seen at any Starbucks. The problem with this location is that it is always ice cold inside. There is no such thing as sitting inside comfortably and enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Everybody is bundled up in their winter jackets because it is probably around 60 degrees inside. Love your employees but, please, turn on the heat! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2"

"Serious service and will not be back to this location. I made a mobile order of family size nuggets, big fry, free promotional 10 pc huhn nugget and 2 water. 15 waiting for it and no one came out, but drivethru moved in a good pace, so I went in and asked for my order, then no one seemed to know where my order was. the kerl had to get management and they still didn't know what was going on until a third hired person showed up and knew exactly where the job was. After I left with it, I noticed that I lacked my 2 water bottles I ordered. Serious service and will not be back to this location."

"This is a neighborhood sports bar. Pretty decent selection of exemptions with some signed drinks. The bartender Justin was friendly and engaged as soon as we set ourselves. I had Kamakasi wings, a medium heat sauce that was actually finger-licking good! The wings were delicious, not greasy, very juicy and perfectly cooked. The woman had a Buffalo chicken package that was delicious. Again the chicken was moist, tender, light and refreshing. That was our first visit, and I think we found our hangout! Good job guys!!!"

"This fast food restaurant has truly excelled in providing efficient service. Chick-fil-A has not only lowered its prices but also positioned itself as one of the most affordable and high-quality fast food options available. No matter the time of day, you can often find two lines with 15-20 cars or more waiting, yet they manage to serve customers incredibly quickly. They've set up tents to offer shade from the heat, and staff come to your car to take your order and payment before promptly delivering your food, usually within about five minutes. It may sound unbelievable, but I assure you, this place is faster than any other fast food restaurant, even those with just a few cars in line. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and attentive. They definitely deserve a good paycheck, and while I know they have received salary increases, I believe this location should consider offering bonuses for their outstanding service!"

"First of all, just walking in Five Guys is an experience!! The workers act like they WANT to work!! Their greeting was so positive and the service was wonderful!! Everybody was smiling with each other and with the customers!! We felt like family!!!! My husband had a bad experience with another Five Guys and kept telling me he didn’t like Five Guys!! But he decided to give me one more chance to show him that they’re wonderful!!! I ordered for him because I knew he would enjoy those grilled onions and mushrooms, and HE LOVED IT!!! He loved the servers, the cooks, the food and the entire experience!!! So do I- of course I always do!!!! But THIS Five Guys is the absolute BEST!!!!!!"

"The food is good. The only problem I've ever had when ordering from noodles is that it's not spicy when it says it should be. But I'm a Dasher, time is money. If you are a Dasher never pick up from noodles!! Even though the dining room is now open, doordash orders have to be picked up from the drive-thru window. You could be stuck behind several people who are ordering dinner to take home which is being made fresh right before they get it. So you'll be there all night waiting on your order."

"Be prepared for a long wait and cold food at this McDonald's. I placed my order in the drive-thru, only to be instructed to pull into a parking spot and wait for 15 minutes for one apple pie. When they finally brought my food, they informed me that there would be a delay on the pie. Don’t they keep track of the pie inventory? After waiting 20 minutes in the lot, I decided to go inside, where I was completely ignored by the staff. They lacked urgency and seemed indifferent to how long people had been waiting. I watched them pass by customers at the register to take new orders without acknowledging anyone or giving any updates. It's disappointing, and they frequently mess up orders. While the manager was nice enough to offer me two apple pies to compensate, the wait was still unacceptable. I won't be returning to this McDonald's, which is unfortunate since it's the most convenient location in Bartlett. And delivery drivers, please avoid accepting orders from this place!"

"This review is is for who made the food tonight because everything was fresh, neat and tasted good. And also for Gavin the employee as he was patient, kind and went the extra mile with no complaints and with a positive attitude. I forgot what my wife wanted and he was able to keep the line moving while also catering to me. While my food was brought out I asked for mild sauce and he ran back in with no problem. You don't get that kind of service these days anymore so thank you!"

"On Saturday June 11th at 7:22 pm we went to Colton’s for dinner. The restaurant is located at 8030 Highway 64, Bartlett TN. Table 59 1. Our servers name was Anjarrieka. Apparently she was untrained how to help and react to customers. I ordered the chopped steak plain and a baked potato with butter only. When she brought my steak back my husband starting smelling it. It was sore and smelled strong. We waited several minutes for her to return. She did not. So we ask the server at the next table to take it back. She did but we waited an extended period of time for my steak. My husband stopped eating his chicken waiting for my food. Finally the server returned about 20 minutes and ask where my food was. I explained what happened and neither servers made another one. While I was waiting another couple across from us found a bug in their butter. They just got up and left. Finally after an hour I got my food. During this hour we never saw a manager or anyone in authority. We are regular customers at least twice a week. Rest assured we will not return. This was uncalled for and could have been handled in a professional manner."

"It was ok and the environment was nice. We received awesome service and the waitress was very attentive to every customer that was seated. She was extremely nice and welcoming and had great suggestions for what we wanted. Just to try it out I had the bag with 1 claw, 1 potato, and 1 corn which was not enough but again I just wanted to try it out and it was ok for the price. My husband got the bag with everything in it with ocean blue seasoning and it was pretty good for a great price. Overall I'd say it was ok, so give it a try and see for yourself."

"6/12/22 UPDATE. WOW!!! Delicious! I love this place! The food is always fresh, not from a box and really delicious! You have an extensive menu and it is always difficult to make selections it ALL sounds so great. Some of my favorites...rigatoni Land, arancini, Bechamel Potatoes, Fettucine alfredo w/chicken/broccoli, mini panzarotti, lasagna....well, I love the whole menu! I don't eat fish, but my friend had the grilled octopus and said it was some of the best he ever had. The dessert bread pudding is indescribably delicious. Warm served with an amazing sauce. The taste varies. Look at this place that makes REAL Italian cuisine. Not the Olive Garden garbage. Buon appetito : UPDATE: 8/22... another delicious food from Pietanzas. I love this place!!!!"

"This is such a charming shop with incredibly friendly staff and the most delicious ice cream. I visited with two other adults and four kids, and we managed to get all our orders (including one to-go for grandma at home) in under 15 minutes. I was exhausted from taking care of the kids all day and wanted an espresso along with a scoop of Zanzibar chocolate ice cream. The employee suggested pouring the espresso over the ice cream, and let me tell you, that was the best decision I made that day—no exaggeration! It was amazing. I ended up going back just two days later with my child and ordered the same thing again. And guess what? I'm heading back tonight for my third visit in less than a week! "DonDon's is an excellent, Black-owned wing spot in Memphis that I frequent at least twice a week. The food is consistently amazing! I always order the 5-piece whole wing combo with hot lemon pepper seasoning, extra lemon pepper fries, a lemon, and some banana pudding. I can never get enough of it! Honestly, I could eat at DonDon's every day. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; they are courteous and genuine, never rude or snobby. It's a great experience all around. I've also added an updated menu to my post!"

"Please teach your drive thru folks how to wipe off the drink cups BEFORE passing them out the window to your customers. I don't pre moisten my form of currency before I pass it to the cashier so why should they pre moisten my cool and delightful beverage when they pass it to me? I typically go to this McDonald's quite frequently only for breakfast and their service is relatively fast and my orders are typically accurate. But as I mentioned in my first paragraph the majority of the time I'm passed my drink and the side of the drink is covered in Coke. That's why I'm taking pictures and posting them in this review because it's almost comical how frequently this occurs."

"Not sure if they were having a problem or what, but things did not go well. We were brought chips, but no salsa. It also took over 20 minutes to get drinks. The salsa was watery and bland. After a long wait to place our order, we had an equally long wait for food. Entrée was hot, but rice tasted old and stale. Hopefully this was a one time bad night."
