"I’ve driven by a couple times for the scenery, then I finally stopped for lunch. It’s always so relaxing being by the water and the parked boats of just about any small harbor. Food here was excellent and the service was great! I have never thought to add tomato and avocado to a grilled cheese sandwich. Now after eating it here, I will definitely do it at home. I don’t think mine will be as good as Big Daddy Ross’—they use sourdough for the grilled cheese and it is DA BOMB!!! Bathrooms are clean. Wheel chair accessible. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff and excellent customer service with a smile. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!"

"Worst experience ever. Pulled up to the drive-thru expecting to place an order and was told that they were sorry but their computers were down and that there was nothing they could do for me. Whatever happened to teaching your employees how to think outside of the box and maybe asking the customer could pay cash. There was none of that and they told me that since their computers were down I would have to go elsewhere. Let me tell you if I was the general manager of this establishment I'd be highly upset with my employees not willing to go the extra mile for the customer and at least teach them to take cash orders like the old fashion days rather than turning away customer after customer. Pretty poor customer service, or should I say Disservice to your customers!"

"I've lived in Pittsburg for 33 years and have enjoyed dining in and getting takeout from this restaurant for many of those years. They had a great reputation for a long time, but then things started to decline, and I stopped going for a while. However, today I had a craving for chilaquiles. I noticed they’ve moved into the old cash check place, and they've significantly expanded their seating area. This truly feels like a restaurant, not just a taqueria. The staff was exceptional in their service. I ordered my chilaquiles, and they were ready in just 10 minutes. They were hot, flavorful, and the chips remained crispy, with the sauce being perfect. I'm so glad I came back. From past experiences, I can also say that their super burritos are absolutely fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!"

"This McDonald's is quite impressive. I come here every day after school since the van service drops me off, and the staff lets me and the other students wait inside until our parents arrive. I usually don't order anything, but when I do, the food seems pretty good for a McDonald's. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get my order, but I understand because the place is quite busy. Overall, it's a lovely location, and I like being able to see behind the counter."

"We recently ordered two pizzas from the Willow Pass and Bailey Store in Bay Point, CA. First of all, the customer service was terrible. More importantly, the quality of the ingredients was poor; the pizza tasted like old cheese and ham. When we called to address our concerns, the response was completely unhelpful. Honestly, the quality at Domino's and Pizza Hut is far better."

"This review is not for the restaurant, but for the food stand outside. The food is good, but the wait is ridiculous. I have never had to wait so long for 7 tacos in my life - almost 2 1/2 hours. It seems like they only make orders when they are asked for, but it looks like they are always two orders behind, which causes delays. To top it off, they gave my order to somebody else and had to remake it. As for the restaurant, the seafood is good - thumbs up."

"We were driving around when we spotted Rosie's Mexican Food Truck in an apartment complex. It's tacos so you know we pulled right in! I went with a classic carnitas street taco and it delivered! The pork was super flavorful! It was on the drier side than what I am use to but I liked the change! It added some nice texture to the taco! It also came with cilantro, salsa and onion ontop. On the side it came with a lime wedge and radsih. I really appreciated the fresh squeeze of lime because pork can be so fatty sometimes you need the acid to cut through! This truck knows how to serve up amazing Mexican food and I will forever pull over to get a taco anytime I see them!"
