"I had the worst experience at this restaurant. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was disappointed to hear that their computers were down, and they couldn’t assist me. I couldn’t believe there was no suggestion to consider cash payment or some alternative solution. Instead, they simply told me to go somewhere else. If I were the general manager, I would be very frustrated with my staff for not showing a willingness to go the extra mile for customers. At the very least, they could have accepted cash orders like in the past instead of sending customers away. This was really poor customer service, or should I say, a disservice to your customers!"
