"We arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 and waited 20 minutes to place our order. Despite the busy crowd, we were understanding. However, the table next to us, who arrived around the same time, received their food and left before we were served. They kindly gave their french fries to our 2 year old out of sympathy. We were reassured that our order was next, but after over an hour, it still had not arrived. The manager came over, but showed no remorse for the delay. Despite offering more drinks, they never materialized. We had specifically requested the children's mac and cheese to come first, but it arrived five minutes after waiting for an hour and a half for our food. When the food finally came, half of the orders were overcooked and cold. There aren't many dining options in the Sugar Loaf area, but it may be better to opt for the grocery store and prepare your own meal instead."
