"On May 5th, 2022, the service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The server was slow in bringing our food, our drinks were not prepared correctly, and we ordered drinks on the rocks but only received one, which arrived late and almost finished with our meal. The male manager displayed arrogance and made inappropriate comments to my family, who were in town for my brother's funeral. He mentioned that he had also experienced a loss in his family, but the only thing he could offer us was the subpar service we had received. Thankfully, Ms. Lisa stepped in to rectify the situation by refilling our drinks and bringing the correct order. Despite the manager's unpleasant demeanor, Ms. Lisa provided excellent service and even mentioned her wonderful son. She made sure our table was taken care of, despite the complaints from other patrons. Thank you, Ms. Lisa, for your exceptional service! On a positive note, the men's restroom was clean and well-maintained."
