"If you want to find, arguably, the best bandeja paisa in Miami, this just might be the place. Not your typical hole in the wall, cheap eats but definitely a quaint and enjoyable sit down experience. Ventured here after my craving got too intense and I went to old faithful Yelp for guidance. Although relatively new, the pictures of the food really sold me and I brought some hungry souls along with me. We ordered some empanadas Colombianas, super fresh and steaming hot! The sauces they serve them with was also perfect. For entrees, we went with a Calentado Paisa the Bandeja Paisa (this one was twice the price but very hearty and more than enough for two good eaters). We also each went with some natural juices fruit limonadas coconut lime sounds odd but it works! I opted to not give the full 5 stars because of several reasons that I think they can easily fix: 1. Nicely and simply decorated but little ambiance overall adding a little authentic Colombian music or more cultural touches could help 2. The waiter was nice but kept trying to push more and more on us... even mentioning that the bandeja paisa was a decent portion but not enough for two people (it was actually more than enough and we both left stuffed) 3. Ordered a sancocho de res and although taste wasn't bad, the meat was rough and you could tell coloring had been added seems like a typical case of not having had enough time to cook it properly as it does take hours to make a proper sancocho Quality of the food is evident and I will definitely be going back to fix my next craving!"

"Went here after we ditched our 2.5 hour reservation at Hillstone (no restaurant is good enough to wait that long). I enjoyed the fried calamari and their very fresh hot out-of-the-oven dinner rolls (my favorite so far from all restaurant-served breads). Mysister?s boyfriend really enjoyed his Parmesan chicken and my sister regrettably didn?t get to enjoy her lobster ravioli since amiscommunication of sharing dishes led her to order a simple pasta dish instead. I enjoyed my sea bass although I wish theportions were bigger and my mom had her usual seafood pasta. Dessert was a disappointment for me since I was recommended toorder the ice cream. The description seemed fun but it ended up being was vanilla- chocolate ice cream with a cherry centerdipped in a chocolate shell. It was visually pleasing but the ice cream was not that great. Publix had smoother ice cream thanthis. Waitstaff was good and seating was only ok (due to the pandemic, many restaurants have seating on the sidewalk but I don?tenjoy eating next to valet parked cars and their corresponding car fumes. My sister ordered the nonna cake which ended up beingsimilar to a key lime pie. She and her boyfriend enjoyed the tart dessert. Over all it was a pleasant experience. Might comeback to try those lobster raviolis next time. By the way, they take reservations, that is how we were able to get seated withinthe 15 minutes it took to walk there from Hillstone."

"For appetizers, they have edamame and fresh spring rolls, but I was disappointed to find that none of the soups are vegetarian. According to the waitress, all the soups contain either beef or chicken stock, which makes me wonder what the other reviewer experienced. There is one salad that could possibly be vegan, though I wasn't sure about the dressing. The vegetarian section of the menu includes about five items, one of which has egg noodles, but the waitress assured me that the rest are all vegan. I opted to skip the dish that sounded suspicious and ordered the Buddha's Bowl instead since I was looking for a lot of veggies. I also requested an additional ingredient, but the waitress informed me that it would cost an extra $10.95, which seemed excessive. When my food arrived, it was unremarkable, but there was something off about the sauce. Then I discovered a strange piece on my plate that I had to set aside. I called the waitress over, and she appeared visibly embarrassed. She returned to apologize and reassured me that the Buddha's Bowl is always vegan, but she didn’t know what had gone wrong. Thankfully, they didn’t charge me for that dish. Having dined at many highly-rated vegan-friendly establishments, such as Hugo’s in L.A., I find it hard to fully judge this place. However, it’s important to note that veganism may not be a top priority for their kitchen staff, and they might not be accustomed to working with vegan sauces or ingredients."

"We were a group of 12 people celebrating my son’s birthday over dinner. This is an amazing Brazilian steakhouse well known for continuous table-side service of all you can eat fire roasted cuts of meats including Picanha, Filet, Lamb Chops, Ribeye, Chicken, Sausage and more; Feijoada Bar and family style Brazilian side dishes. Some of the guests opted for this option. My husband and I have smaller appetites so we opted for the entree select cut of fire roasted Picanha meat, carved table-side 8–10oz which includes Market Table and Feijoada Bar and Brazilian side dishes. The gauchos service was great and kept coming back often with more cuts of meats. Whether you order the Churrasco Experience that includes ALL the fire roasted cuts of meats for $60.95 per person or Select Cut of Picanha for $36.00 per person, you will need to loosen your belts!! MY TIP: The open salad bar is impressive with a great selection of cold cuts, smoked salmon, cheeses, roasted cauliflower, potato salad, soup, including white rice, and black beans! It’s crazy, never seen white rice and black beans in an open salad bar before! Do not indulge in the temptation of everything you see in the salad bar and save your appetite for the meats!! Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed dinner with friends and family. This was our first time dining here for my husband and me and we loved it. We will be back soon for a Date Night! 040124"

"SALUMERIA 104 is one of our favorite restaurants for authentic Italian food. We have tried all of its location and have never been so far disappointed. We always go there with the best intentions of “not eating so much like last time” but… that never happens! The bread and breadsticks (my favorites) they bring you while you wait for the meal disappear well before the food arrives. We always start with an appetizer of cheese and/or (mostly) “salumi”, then have a “primo” or a “secondo”. I love all of their “primi”, while my favorite “secondi” are the “Milanese”, “Porchetta” and “Scottadito”. And if they have their home-made Almond Cake that day… I really can’t refuse it with my espresso, no matter how full I am. They also have a good selection of wines, but we always go for their House Wine, which has the best quality/value ratio. And if you want, you can buy salumi, cheeses and olives by the pound to bring home. I see that some have complained about the high prices: although they have increased, we still find them to be very reasonable instead, plus: the cuisine is authentic and the portions are big. But maybe our opinion is affected by the fact that we live in PBC, where restaurant prices are much higher, even if the cuisine is not truly authentic. They also have a small outdoor dining patio, the staff is nice and we always enjoy our chats with Angelo! And the restaurant is right on the Miracle Mile, which is great for a walk after the meal (in winter time). The only negative part is the street parking, which may be difficult to find in busy seasons and is not free."

"Although it was an anniversary celebration, the evening came to a sour end when the manager displayed very poor social skills allow me to explain. My husband son and girlfriend dined here tonight and Francesco was our server who was amazing he not only knew his recommendations, but was extremely charming and subsequently apologetic for the lack of courtesy the manager displayed. We were given a gift card in the amount of $150 for our anniversary to dine here and we ended up spending $450 Plus, which is totally normal for us as we are total foodies. All was going well and all plates were delicious 2 bottles of wine, 4 appetizers with an a la carte charge truffles on 2 of them) and 4 entrees. Sadly, my entree, the seafood risotto was extremely salty and was the last entree to arrive so I was looking very forward to it. All other entrees, short rib parpadelle, the truffle pasta specials and the pasta bucatelli all extremely delicious. When I told our server about the risotto Not being liked by anyone, even though I removed the mussels and added them in to it to see if it helped, when the manager came to Al’s what happened, he had the rude and unprofessional oda city to insinuate we were trying to dupe the plate by remarking that 1/2 of the risotto was gone, which was completely inaccurate and I was livid. I explained that the mussel wheels were all separate and on a separate plate in addition to the tasting portion we set aside untouched due to its inedibelity I was livid because I have NEVER felt so downgraded, as if I were trying to dupe them after spending sooo much money. Thank goodness we had the appetizers and at least I was able to eat something but otherwise, I went without a meal and totally ruined my anniversary celebration. I spoke with the server and mentioned how my husband and I love to dine out and have never felt so humiliated we are generous and good tippers and all the restaurants we dine in remember us for our acknowledgment."
