"Then, when our meals arrived, they were brought out by another staff member. We had ordered two baked potatoes, and both of them came out undercooked and cold; the soft butter wouldn't even melt. I asked to speak with the manager, who approached the table looking like he was expecting me to complain again. This was the first time I had asked for him. I explained the issues with the potatoes and the bread, and he said he would take care of it and took my plate back to the kitchen.
About ten minutes later, we finally received our baked potatoes, which were somewhat cooked and warmer, but still not hot. To make matters worse, I received my side salad at the end of my meal. I had ordered the sampler platter, a side salad, and green beans, but I never got the green beans. The manager didn’t remove any charges from our bill, nor did he offer to make things right in any way. I won’t be coming back to this location; the only positive was the service from the waitress."
