First and foremost, Riley, the young lady who took our order (I made sure to ask for her name before leaving), was incredibly welcoming. It's clear they cook everything to order, so we waited about 15 minutes, but our food arrived hot and fresh. Our family loves Flavorshack! Staff is always so kind and the food is good. Our chicken is always juicy, and their sauce options are flavorful. I like the hot honey sauce. The Chicken and Waffles were worth the wait. 3 perfectly battered and cooked tenders over one of the most perfectly cooked Waffles. Stopped here one afternoon and a young lady welcomed me I've never been here before, my husband is a picky eater and I explained that to her and she was very understanding and made a lot of suggestions which I was very pleased with, long story short because of her my husband has found something more than just Marco's pizza lol thank goodness...
