"This café was very cool and sweet with good music and a fantastic back terrace. The coffee was great and they offered several nondairy milk options. But the vegan food wasn't great, not bad, but could be better. The options were not very clear so we modified articles to make them vegan. They offer a local tempeh that is really good, but $3 to subsitute, also on a sandwich that would offer meat without a fee. We modified a burrito and sub-sandwich with tempo and no non-veganic contingencies. Both were dry and bland. The vegetables and hashbrowns on the Burrito did not taste and there was no sauce/salsa/etc in the Burrito. The sandwich was on un roasted dry subbrot with a lump avocado just on the middle, nothing spread on the bread, so it was super dry. The attempt was really good. Overall, it is super sweet and has great coffee, but Asheville has other good vegan options also at other omni places, so I wouldn't go out the way for the food."
