"I had the worst experience I've ever encountered! We waited over an hour after placing our order before receiving our food, and not once did anyone check on us. The only refills we got were ones I had to request by going to the counter with my cups. When I inquired about the status of our food after an hour, the server was quite rude. During our entire visit, we were only approached once, just as we were about to leave. While the food was very good, the service was absolutely terrible. I understand that a Sunday rush can be hectic, but several customers who arrived after us were served, ate, and left before we even got an update about our meal. When I went to pay, I was met with even more rudeness from the server. If we decide to return, things will have to change significantly; otherwise, it will be our last visit."
