"We were pleasantly surprised to find that this restaurant was not too crowded when we visited on Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend. The atmosphere is very laid-back and whimsical. Tucked away in a small corner, the outdoor terrace was not overly noisy. We tried the wings and the black bean burger, both of which were delicious. I would also recommend trying the "world's smallest chocolate sundae." It's a tiny shot of chocolate syrup served with ice cream and whipped cream, but it's absolutely delicious. It's just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling too heavy. Overall, a great experience - we will definitely be returning."

"I would skip this Cracker Barrel. I have been going to Cracker Barrels for so long, and this was one of the worst experiences. The bathroom was disgusting. The service was even worse. Never really saw our server, and it wasn't even busy. There was a couple who got sat down after us and they were leaving as we just got our food. There was another couple behind us who waited forever and finally just walked out. This Cracker Barrel needs a lot of improvements!!"

"We had a 45 min wait for a table. There were plenty of open tables in the dinning room. We get seated and knew what we wanted. When the waitress came to the table we placed our order. She was very apologetic. My husband only eats the meatloaf with dumplings and hash brown casserole Mac n cheese. The waitress informed us that they were out of meatloaf and dumplings. She went and double checked with the kitchen and they didn't have any in the oven either. This was around 8 pm and the restaurant is scheduled to be open until 10. She was very apologetic again and told us there was another C.B. in Arnold, MO. We drove to that one and we're seated right away. Our waitress came to take our order and informed us that they were out of meatloaf as well as several other items. She also was very apologetic when we told her this was our second attempt at getting meatloaf. We left without eating, again. We were very disappointed."

"My husband and I went to this location for a late breakfast today. I was very impressed. Our waitress was very friendly, quick, and didn’t leave us waiting for the things we asked for. My husband said that his food was all very good. My eggs were messed up, but they got them replaced quickly and all of my food tasted great. They were also very busy, but or food came out very quickly.My only complaints are:My husband was asked to put a mask on while the four young guys next to him (none wearing masks) we not asked to put one on.There was a lady with long, dark red hair walking around doing different things. I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she didn’t seem to be a waitress. Anyways, it looked like she had two hickeys on the right side of her neck. I just didn’t think that was appropriate for this type of business."

"that was a hidden gem we found on the way to wild adventures. the crackle barrel is there where he is with you! it surpassed my expectations, especially the retail department, it was full of fun toys, gifts, beautiful original Christmas jewelry, clothing I really want, coca cola merchandise, cool things that can get the whole family something out. the staff was very helpful and polite and showed a lot of professionalism, especially the retail manager young lady mae. the waiting staff went as fast as they could do with many people who came in and left. the food was excellent and very tasty and fresh. the sweet tee was really delicious. I and my family and friends really enjoyed us."

"I hate to have to write this and it was during the holidays, yet it was a horrible evening. When we arrived, I heard the manager offering apologies and a round of drinks to a group of 8. Already, I had a bad feeling. We sat in a back room (why it was so quiet) and were immediately notified by the neighbor table that they had been waiting over 1 hour for dinner. I had to walk through the restaurant to locate a server to take a drink/food order. Drinks came 20 min. later; food arrived 50 min later and this was after I walked back through the restaurant to find the manager who told me that they were down a cook and that everyone was sick including himself. Dinner immediately became less appetizing. When dinner finally did arrive, it was completely inedible. The food was just plain gross. None of our foursome ate anything. We paid, left and ordered a pizza on our way home. On the way out, we made the suggestion to the hostess stand to at least set expectations for their diners that due to the holidays/low staffing, that the wait is much longer than usual."

"We had a trainee as our server, but she was delightful. The manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to accommodating my son's food allergies. For only $30, the two of us were able to indulge in two full meals with two sides each, as well as biscuits, cornbread, and a full breakfast platter. The roast beef with mashed potatoes and mac 'n' cheese was $12 and despite the meat being slightly dry, the flavorful onion gravy made up for it. The mashed potatoes were good, my son even rated them an A+. The mac 'n' cheese was a standout, earning a solid A rating. The fried apples and biscuits were also delicious, while the corn muffins were just okay in my book. The breakfast platter with pancakes, eggs, and bacon was priced at $10, and though I found it a bit expensive, it was all cooked to perfection. Overall, the food was a solid B+/A in my book, with the chicken and dumplings being a standout dish that pushed it into the A range. I am very pleased with my experience at Cracker Barrel and will definitely be returning."

"Waited over 1 hr to get our meal which was cold. Sent mine back together warmed up when ifinally got it it was half the size. No mashed potatoes so I ask for potatoe casserole which was cold uncooked. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times I told he was busy. So I stood in the entrance of the kitchen. He finally came. I told him of the problem we shouldn't have to pay. He didn't seem to really care. He told me to go back to my table. He finally broke a receipt folded with a small discount! What a joke! I told the cashier he better not ask for a tip. Very poor service, poor management poor food. Bad reviews on a Trip Advisory! Very poor waitress. They were out of several sides."

"I have eaten in cracker barrels in the united states and plan stops on our road trips to eat there, and with very few exceptions they were always really good. unfortunately this location was the exception. the place was a train wreck, dirty from floor to deck. the tables were so old, there was bare wood exposed. the bad stunk very bad and urinal flushed properly. it looks like a combination of mold and dust around the air duct work, so they don't look up. Although the employed were not rude, they were certainly not friendly. our food was very warm. I ordered over simple eggs, but they were over cooked. biscuits and gravur were very bland, almost as they forget to season the gravitation. I can't talk about the cracker barrels, only north or south of them, but I can save them a trip down the disappointment track."

"This is my go-to restaurant when I visit family in Pennsylvania. Their grilled cheese with bacon on sourdough bread, paired with a side of mac and cheese, is fantastic! "My last few times here have been very disappointing. Food is not even warm when it comes out. Plus when it does come out it’s nothing to get excited about. Had to go get my own silverware after asking for it and waiting while our food sat on the table. Talked to the manger and she tried to justify everything by saying they changed their menu like that would make everything better. I don’t think we will be going back anytime soon, which is sad because it used to be one of my favorite places."

Staff: friendly and nice With a little overpriced menu, I wasn’t disappointed at all. Food was tasty. You have a huge display of menu, pick what you want and then grab a tray and go straight to the server. Tell them what you want and they will make the plate right in front of you. And you also get to pick breads and desserts as you walk up to check out. They have Android Pay, no Apple Pay. Will try them again for dinner and see how it goes."

"I surprised my granddaughters and took them to breakfast for their first time at Cracker Barrel and they loved it. The closest Cracker Barrel was I-75 Highway 64 which is a very busy location but well worth the wait.This location has some outside seating, handicap parking, entrance and bathroom's. The employees were all extremely polite, professional and very helpful, especially my waitress, she was very helpful with my granddaughters! Prices are competitive and the food was and always is Amazing! All three of us ate all of our food and we had such a great time. My family has been going to Cracker Barrel since 1989 the year we moved to Florida to open our Restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach called Little Joe's of San Francisco. I recommend Cracker Barrel restaurant to anybody that's looking for a Southern Style feel a home cooked meal like your mother would make you! This restaurant has a Huge gift shop with a ton of games, toys, candy, coloring books, crossword puzzles and much much more."

"I have visited this restaurant over 20 times and have never been let down. The sushi is consistently incredible, as is everything else on their menu. The service is both warm and prompt. My roommate and I were regulars for almost a year before moving to a different city. When we returned for dinner over a year later, our favorite waiter still remembered us. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi spot in Salisbury. The staff make you feel like part of their family. Additionally, the kimchi fries are a must-try if you enjoy loaded fries. "I have been a customer of this restaurant chain for many years. This specific location always provides friendly service.
