"I have visited this restaurant over 20 times and have never been let down. The sushi is consistently incredible, as is everything else on their menu. The service is both warm and prompt. My roommate and I were regulars for almost a year before moving to a different city. When we returned for dinner over a year later, our favorite waiter still remembered us. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi spot in Salisbury. The staff make you feel like part of their family. Additionally, the kimchi fries are a must-try if you enjoy loaded fries. I would rate this restaurant 13 out of 10."

It took 1 hour for them to make 2 sushi rolls and a order of wontons. The sushi rolls were poorly made and barely had any crab.

Went with friends to eat tonight. Wait time was decent. Took a while to get a waiter to get drinks. Food came very fast. Will definitely go again. View menu

The sushi was incredible! The hibachi was cooked perfectly. The scallops were delicious. The service was good. My favorite part was the sake and sushi.

Consistent and flavorful Japanese fusion chain in Salisbury with fast seating and friendly staff; delicious spring rolls and decent main course but pricey.

Katana is amazing food quality and service wise. I've been here many times and will continue to go back. Food comes out quickly, and servers are always polite and quick to act. I haven't had a bad experience here and can't recommend it enough View menu

Man I know places are trying to save money, but for the price you pay for salmon and thus is what you get, want do that again, and also I don't eat vegetables so why should it matter. And then I took the food home watching the football game and got thisfrom my food $15.52 I told him it would be my last time coming here.

Really great food just do not order sushi to go. The past 2 times it delayed the pickup to the point I cancel the sushi and wait on my food. This time I placed an order, went to pickup 1hr later and was told it will be another 25 mins because I ordered sushi. 1.5 hrs for a call in order is why 2 stars. Will come back for the good food just will go elsewhere whenever I want sushi.

"Never have I ever spent over $1,000 at a place that treated me with such disrespect and distaste. If I could give this place zero stars, then I would. What started out as a beautiful night with Senior Staff at Livingstone College surprising my father for his birthday (we made reservations two weeks in advance) quickly turned out to be a nightmare. We ordered several appetizers, steak, ribeye, prime rib, lobster— just to name a few. We barely were able to enjoy our dessert after feeling rushed. It didn’t stop there, unfortunately. “Somehow” the lights were “accidentally” cut off while we were sitting in there. The owner claims a customer turned off the lights and he immediately turned them on. I can confirm that was one of many lies. As an Attorney, I noticed this was an immediate liability. If someone slipped and fell in the dark, I can guarantee this would be a different claim. However, it was interesting to me that the lights in the bar area where other patrons were seated at the bar having drinks remained on in the next room over. The owner claimed we stayed at the restaurant “well past an hour after closing” despite no one saying anything— even when we booked the reservation. I guess there’s no reason to say anything when your actions can be worth 1000 words. However, we began to get up IN THE DARK and head towards the front door. The lights did not come back on while we were inside the building. I know this because the owner— who never identified himself nor apologized, brought the card outside because we left it due to the darkness. After hearing one of the senior staff members called the owner today expressing her dissatisfaction, I was informed the owner hung up on her. In my attempt to express my dissatisfaction with the owner, he continued to gaslight me and tell me I was threatening him and harassing him with phone calls. He failed to acknowledge the situation and apologize. Instead, he immediately became defensive and said “what else do y’all want me to do?” I told him this was unacceptable, and he proceeded to tell me that calling him was unacceptable. I am disgusted by the service at this restaurant and the lack of accountability following the incident. I promised him as long as there is breath in my body I will never eat here. There are plenty of other steakhouses and places that will gladly allow you to spend $1,000+ and allow people to feel WELCOME. I wonder whether the story would be different if other College Presidents similarly situated and their families would be treated the same way. I don’t have to worry about my treatment or my loved ones treatment here because I can promise we will never return."
