"I made a reservation for a group of 10, not realizing it was only 25 minutes before the kitchen closed. We ordered a nice variety of dishes and received our food quickly. The staff was attentive, and everything we tried was delicious. The only downside was that I had trouble reaching the restaurant by phone earlier in the day when I wanted to change our reservation. I also would have appreciated a heads-up about how close our reservation was to closing time. I’ll definitely come back to try their raw bar next time!"

"Looks like an ex employee has a very bad case with the owner. Therefore, the extremely low star rating. I've been coming here with my family and friends for 7 years, and only once the food was not of good quality. The day they were reopened, the food was still really good. I actually use their dishes as standard to compare other outs. Golden Stars is always prepared *I think more traditional and tastes better than most others in the area."

"Terrible service! My group of four was the only customers in the restaurant at 5:30 PM, yet we had to wait over 20 minutes to be served. As other people came in and were seated, several of them left after waiting for service. While the restaurant was doing a decent takeout business, they completely neglected the customers inside—about 15 of us. I made the mistake of ordering ice cream at the end of our meal, and it took an astonishing 25 minutes to receive it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!"

"Truly fine food served in a very professional manner at an historic setting. A walk through the grounds and seeing the historical pictures are a must. When we entered the Garden Patio there was a smoke from a decorative fire that was taken care of when we commented as we were seated. The food served was perfectly created and each of four different requests were thoroughly enjoyed."

Business felt review was unfair as they were trying out new ideas from YouTube. Changed to 5 stars as per their request to support local business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had a disappointing experience tonight. Ordered a chirashi don through Uber Eats and usually received sashimi style slices of fish on rice. Instead, I received chopped fish with scrambled eggs. When I called, they explained it was part of a transition to AZN. Disappointed with the lack of assistance offered. Will not be ordering from them again as I can get better quality poke bowls for a lower price elsewhere. It's unfortunate to lose another option for decent quality sushi in the area."

"I had a terrible experience with the food at Ken's. The simple platter featured spring rolls that were undercooked and had a fishy taste, shrimp tempura that was greasy, and wings that tasted cheap and frozen, despite being labeled as wings. The teriyaki chicken tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, and to make matters worse, there were no sauces included with the delivery. The triple delight dish was equally disappointing. I definitely will not be ordering from Ken's again."

"We have eaten here for years but had stopped going for awhile. So we decided to go back. The all you can eat sushi had actually gone down in price! The menu for all you can eat is somewhat more limited than other places we have been but still a nice variety. The sushi is fresh and well prepared and presented. I wish they would offer a sashimi menu as well. The Chinese food is always quite good. The hot and sour soup was very good but wish it had a little more sour . The staff were attentive and very friendly."

"No complaints on the taste but way too expensive for what I received. The R13. Salmon Avocado Roll was not rolled properly and the salmon/avocado kept falling out. The description says it comes with soup and salad but this is not true. The White Tuna sushi (fish over rice) was $4+ but ended up being one piece."

"Fuji was AMAZING! Right in the heart of down town Lowell, Ma., this Japanese Chinese culinary experience is waiting for you! The lunch special is reasonably priced $7.95 normally and $9.75 on the weekends) Call and double check though. Besides the food, I loved how unexpected the spice was. My husband and I walked in on a very quiet Sunday afternoon. I'm not sure if they had any other customers that day but when walked in we were the only two people there other than our hostess/waitress and cook). The restaurant was so expansive with mood lights in the ceiling creating the perfect ambiance. Our food was so good that re wanted to press rewind and eat it all over again. Please go eat at Fuji! "Ginza offer excellent value and in my eyes this is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant to me. I specifically think that their Salmon Special, Tuna Special, and Yellowtail Special are very good value. Every time I have ordered these specials from them they have been extremely generous with the quantity of fish and the fish is of high quality. To elaborate each special comes with about 8 to 10 thick pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of sushi, and 1 spicy roll all for just $22. I think that if you order all 3 of these specials you could easily feed 4 people for under $80 with high quality sushi. The one con I will mention is that I'm not the biggest fan of the atmosphere. I think with the atmosphere part of the problem is the layout of the restaurant which is not something that can be easily fixed. However, everyone working here has been very friendly and inviting. I can not recommend this place enough when it comes to take out. Parking: The parking is not great. Ginza is located in a mini strip mall with I think 3 other stores and they all share what seems to be about 10 parking spots. There is also some free street parking but depending on the time of day those might already be occupied."

"Kathleen was our server this evening and the best word to use is phenomenal to say the least. Right from the beginning she was down to earth and put a smile on our face the entire 3 hours of our date night. Her descriptiveness of the menu with only having 3 years of experience at this restaurant was amazing and made it easy to fall in love with a dish. As a sever, to see her handle the room and manage multiple parties at once along with our table made her time even more appreciated. She went out of her way to help us with wine and find an off menu cocktail and food items. All in all this was an exceptional experience. Give servers a raise and give this women the praise she deserves. Absolutely recommend this restaurant and make sure to request Kathleen as your server!!! "The customer service was really disappointing. They didn't give us any warning that they were about to close—they just stood behind us, insisting that we leave, even though we still had food on our plates. We were enjoying our meal and had no idea they were shutting down. Suddenly, a staff member came over and said he was going to lock the door. We apologized and explained that we weren't aware they were closing. We looked at the food we had left and asked if we could have 3-5 more minutes to finish. He simply replied that he was locking the door and stood next to our table, watching us hurriedly eat. I understand they want to close on time, but a little notice beforehand would have been much appreciated instead of being approached at 9:59 PM while we were still eating. They didn't even offer us a to-go box."

"The atmosphere was good, the noise level was ok, the food was missing. The service was very good, nice waiters and reception! The sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican food was very different and not good! Even the salsa for the fries was more like spaghetti, how do you mess up something simple like salsa ??? We think the worst was the enchilada sauce, sweet sauce, cinnamon doesn't go with enchiladas, I don't care if it's California, it doesn't taste good, sorry !!!!!!"
